5 /5 Tabitha Houser, MSNAL: I always find great clothes at appropriate prices for condition & brand. The whole outfit (minus the boots) in the picture was bought there, and I got soooo many compliments at work, plus my spouse loved it! I do feel they are overpriced on purses & shoes though. The manager rocks too! Shes so positive and really helps you find a great ensemble!

1 /5 Nancy Collins: If you are selling items at this store, you leave feeling robbed. I took in current clothes with tags still on them. Several formal dresses and other items with tags still on them. I received $21 total. I will never sell to them again! The shopping experience is okay, however not always greeted and don’t always feel welcome.

2 /5 E: Confused why the store accepts items from shein-stained and stretched, however did not accept clothing from Express with tags on and made with 12-16months. Make that make sense. Terrible guidelines for the ones responsible for picking and accepting clothes. They use the excuse of running the items through a database, which I find that hard to be true.

1 /5 Kathie Fietsam: I just left here. I had a bag of clothes I tried to sell to them. They had my bag for all of 1 minute and decided they didn’t want to buy anything. They didn’t even have time to look at what was in the bag. I had pants in there from Chico’s that I bought 2 months ago but I was told everything I had was out of style. In 2 months? I was told they are picky in pants. But I looked for pants in my size and I found all kinds of off brands that looked out of style but my 2 month old Chico’s pants were out of style. I had a bag of jewelry that had Coach pieces, Chico’s pieces and Kate Spade pieces. But again they didn’t even look! There is no way the time they had my bag could they have looked at everything in it. I will NEVER step foot in this store again. I will blast you to all of my friends and family and anyone who ever brings up shopping at this store.

Rachel was incredibly helpful—she took the time to listen to what I needed, and she literally picked out an entire outfit for me. She made sure I looked professional and put together, and her suggestions were spot on. She did a fantastic job, and I left feeling confident and ready. Highly recommend Clothes Mentor and especially Rachel for anyone looking for great service and stylish finds!
