1 /5 G B: One of a few shops downtown with horrible customer service. I will never ever give this place another chance again. Ive tried year after year hoping the experience will be different, but it progressively gets worse. Never greets, never says hello. Terrible customer service. Terrible attitude. I rarely give shops 1 star, but if I could give this place a ZERO, I WOULD. theres a ton of people who would love a big retail space and to provide incredible customer service to customers, THIS store is NOT ONE of them. if you changed the customer service, the attitude and brought in more of a friendly vibe - you would attract a Lot more customers. I hate to leave a 1 star review, but just last week when I stopped In for a potential gift ..was the straw that broke the camels back.

3 /5 Amnesia Woods: Very spacious but nothing was my cup of tea when it came to buying. They do have a clearance room though, which I appreciated. Also, if anyone could ask the owner if they know what the building was originally I have a bet going. Was it a church or a theatre?

5 /5 Joy Barton: I have always found this store to be friendly and accommodating. The fact that you have to wait for your merchandise is because they have to order it and have no control when the stock comes in. Their prices are a lot less then anywhere else. I have bought from the owner of this store for years and have had to wait when I ordered a Hawks jersey but that is to be expected. I will continue to frequent this store when I am in Galena and recommend others do to.

3 /5 Gavin: Its a weird combination of themes but overall has a little bit of everything. It was more of a quantity over quality experience with there being a lot of mass produced goods that youd be able to find in any Hobby Lobby or TJ Maxx. Not very unique for being in such a small-business run town

E H: Fun items. But terrible customer service. Its unfortunate. The amount of lovely items in that store is definitely overseen by terrible customer service. No greets, no hello, no nothing. Just eye contact and a turn away. If the customer service was on their A-game, this place would have gotten a 5 stars. But theres no amount of gems, thatll change that.. which takes away from the entire "vibe and energy" of positivity. I would pay hundreds of dollars for beautiful items, if the customer service was there. But Ill walk right out of I see otherwise. I will not give this place another chance unfortunately. Went with a girlfriend and we were not impressed by the customer service skills here

Maria Villada: This place needs to be shut down. They sell over priced tacky dollar store items at outrageously steep prices. The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful to my aunt who he thought didnt understand English. My aunt is very timid and wanted to buy her items and leave, but the owner was making scary remarks about the items she was going to purchase. My aunt decided to only 1 out of the 3 items she had picked out because she and I noticed that the items were falling apart and not well made. He continued to make nasty comments about what the items we were purchasing. This place seriously needs to be shut down. You have a better chance at buying better quality made items at the dollar store. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
