1 /5 Jana “JP” Purcell: Worst service I’ve ever had. I’ve honestly never dealt with some of the rudest people and I’ve been there twice in the last month and I got the same service with different people. I don’t know if it’s just the generation of teenagers that run that place, but it is extremely rude. I went back to to return something and I had the receipt and everything was on sale for Black Friday now mind you I’d only purchased the stuff a couple weeks prior. Everyone else (other stores) I bought something from they honored the sale adjustment. The person that was waiting on me just gave me my receipt back and didn’t even bother to look so I had to ask her again. Can you check to see if the stuff is on sale? I just bought it and now it’s on sale? Rude!! Oh but no adjustment at this place I got nothing but rude comments back she called the manager. The manager was going to do it, Until the girl said well, she doesn’t have the stuff with her. She didn’t know how to do the adjustment ??? What? So then the story changed ….i needed to have The items with me But I had already wrapped them for Christmas I said, can’t you just adjust it from the receipt and use the SKU? Nowhere else that I had a price adjustment made me bring the merchandise back to get the price adjustment…. I will never buy anything else there, and I will never go back. Whoever manages that place needs to teach their employees (rude teenagers) what Customer service means!! I worked at Bergner’s for 5 1/2 years and had great reviews because I took care of people. I Wasn’t trying to rip people off or not Try to help. It’s all about making the customer happy and if I had gone there and waited 30 or 40 days or something, I can see why there would be a problem, but it was only a couple weeks. And honestly, in the end, it was their demeanor that got me the most and the way that they treated people and how they didn’t even act like they wanted to wait on you. Some people just should not be in the hospitality, business or service business. Cute clothes, way overpriced.
