4 /5 Ethan Clarke: Since they’re busy when I placed my order, I had to wait a bit for my order to come. When my order was here, they put in the wrong hat that I ordered. I called and they quickly shipped the right hat to me, plus I get the keep the other one. I’m very pleased with the customer service lady, she admitted the error and worked quickly to resolve it. Total: 8/10.
