5 /5 Sharon W: Love this store. Clean and organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I just wish there were more sizes available in each style. So many times Ive wouldve bought something, but my size was gone.

5 /5 Mary Hampton: This place I go to in Benton is the greatest, cleanest, and the employees are always right there to help you no matter what they are doing. Their priceses are reasonable without breaking the bank. The clothes are made just as good as the Buckle. Sorry its the truth. So again I have been into a lot of Factory Connections but this one is the best to me. Its not cluttered either like most of them. Good job ladies would recommend this place to everyone.

1 /5 Christine Quillman: I love their products and clothes and prices…but the woman who waited on us was a complete and total b***h. I live an hour and a half away and only get to come here when we come to see family and I always try to stop in here. I don’t think I will be back after the experience with this woman. She was absolutely rude, just threw our bags on the counter, talked to us as if we were inconveniencing her by asking her to do her job. So sadly I will not return to this store. I would rather pay double the price and have good service than have to deal with the rudeness of that woman

1 /5 R Yours: I was in this store last Friday afternoon 8/18, I had some extra time in between appointments. I was really surprised at how rude the employee working was. She seemed super annoyed that I had asked to try some items on. She had the worst attitude for absolutely no reason. I love the store itself it’s affordable, clean, and has lots of options. Unfortunately I will probably never be back to this store because of the experience with this employee.
