1 /5 A BR: Was told that 2 pairs of shoes would be ordered in my size size 10 one pair of vans and one pair of adidas to check back in a few days When I went two days later they said they werent in yet check tomorrow. The next day I called and was told they hadnt even been ordered. Really disappointed I wont be back to that store

5 /5 Kathy: We took our family of 5 all for new shoes and found the prices and selections to be excellent! We all found exactly what we were looking for and more! The associates were very nice and helpful! We ended up ordering more online the next day with all of the points we earned while in-store shopping! Its such a win-win shoe shopping at Famous Footwear! We will continue to shop there for all of our footwear needs!
