1 /5 Todd Grobe: The new Galesburg store is nice, but terribly mis-managed. Have been going to the Kewanee store for years and always had helpful, friendly staff. We started going to Galesburg when that opened and it was great at first until now. We went clothes shopping because we are disabled and have a very limited income. We got some jeans and we were told customers were no longer allowed to use the fitting rooms and if something didnt fit we could bring it back for a refund. We had a few pairs of pants that didnt fit well so we took them back to get a refund. Everything was still tagged and we had our receipt but were told they only give refunds in the form of a gift card. I dont want to buy used clothing that cant be tried on, so we will never shop there again. The manager was extremely rude and treated us like garbage. Just because you cannot manage that location properly why would you take it out on your honest, regular customers? Anyone want a $60 gift card? Im not stepping foot in that store again. We didnt deserve to be lied to and treated like garage. Maybe you should try to monitor your fitting rooms like every other store does?

2 /5 A C: The new building is nice but all the clothes are very unorganized. The athletic wear is all combined womens, mens, children. The sizes are all in different spots and the racks are packed too full you cant move the hangers on the rack. The employees need to spend more time organizing.

5 /5 Vitalii Voitkovsky: Such a wonderful Goodwill in Galesburg! The place is very clean, the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and polite. Even the restrooms are spotless. Truly a great experience every time I visit!

1 /5 Austin Clayton: The store itself is fine it’s clean, organized, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. However, what really stood out in a bad way was the behavior of what seemed to be a manager or supervisor. She came across as arrogant and condescending, not just toward me but also toward her coworkers. It was uncomfortable to watch and created a really negative atmosphere in the store. It’s a shame, because the rest of the team seems to work hard and treat people with respect. Also, it would be helpful if the store made it clearer how customers are to place items on the counter. The manager seemed irritated that I didn’t know to put everything on one side, but it was my first time shopping at this location and there weren’t any signs or guidance about that. A little clarity would make the checkout experience much smoother for everyone.
