3 /5 Calvin Edwards: Five Below was overall below average. The store was okay, but nothing really stood out. Service was fine and the selection was hit or miss. Not bad, just not great either.

2 /5 drew nguyen: Such a long wait just to drop off an Amazon return. The store as a whole was clean. I did not see any associate on the salesfloor to help. Since this review, they have moved Amazon returns to the front of the store and the wait was much less. I gave them an additional ⭐

3 /5 RaNelle Hartless: Didnt like how some of the clothes were locked on the rack. Made it difficult to try things on. Kind of felt uncomfortable with only one exit and entrance door in use. The other doors were locked and boarded up. I worried about being on that end of the store and not able to get out quickly due to an emergency i.e. fire.

5 /5 ᗰคгรєlค ᗰ.: Great store and usually has great coupons as well! Nothing is ever the price that it says on the tag because everything is always on sale & now theres a Sephora in it too! Great must shop store!

5 /5 Daryl Nitz: Daniella is really incredible. I see been shopping at Kohls for years. Ive never encountered such a kind and helpful employee. She really made my day and my Kohls experience outstanding!
