1 /5 Siddarth Gundrathi: Extremely Frustrating Experience Cashier Forgot to Remove Security Tag l am beyond angry with my recent trip to Kohls. I bought an item in-store, paid for it, and left only to get home and discover that the cashier never bothered to remove the security tag. Now Im stuck with a product literally cannot use. This is 100% their mistake, yet Im the one who has to deal with the hassle. There is absolutely no reason I should have to inconvenience myself, rearrange my day because someone didnt do their job.

2 /5 Dona T.: Purchased some things from Sephora inside Kohl’s, woman told me I needed to update my information (figured it was for Sephora) and ended up signing me up for kohls rewards. Did not appreciate being tricked into signing up. Just letting you all know.

1 /5 Samantha Willis: The woman at checkout was incredibly rude. Made me very uncomfortable. I walked in and asked a simple question about if this was where I make returns, as the store was set up differently. She immediately got snarky and told me I “entered the wrong way,” then directed me to next time walk through a maze even though I was already in the checkout space from my initial question. Unnecessary. Then I’ve never done an online pickup before in the app, and when I pressed the wrong button she scolded me like I was causing problems, even though I was the only customer there. She would not let it go. Her attitude completely turned me off — I had planned to shop more and purchase a gift card, but I just wanted to leave after dealing with her. At the end she suddenly tried to act friendly, but by then I was already over it. Totally unnecessary behavior and very poor customer service

2 /5 Gacha Glizzy: Didnt have a very good experience due to bugs. Near the entrance clearance by the bathrooms, there are ants on the ground. Its hard to tell where theyre coming from, but theyre near the Amanda Pull ons

4 /5 Derrick Bradshaw: If you shop the sales and use Kohls cash then spend away. I would never come here to just grab something at regular retail. The clothing is pretty good quality, not much to say bad there. I do not buy shoes here anymore. Located at the mall in Forsyth.
