1 /5 Jenn Heinzmann: My family has shopped here for years and I’ve always been happy with their service. However, never buy a letterman jacket from here. I ordered my son a letterman‘s jacket his junior year in early November. We had to send it back once because it was the wrong size, twice because they put the wrong Indian on the back, and the third time I couldn’t get it because they never ordered the numbers that belonged on his sleeve. This process has been an absolute nightmare. Now my son is a senior and I’m finally going to pick up his coat today. However, it is still not finished and they never did get the numbers. To be fair I told him just to forget the numbers and give me my coat. I was told it would be another six weeks in order to get the numbers in. This was absolutely ridiculous! We have another son that is wanting a letterman jacket. This is absolutely the last place I would order from!
