3 /5 Samantha Allen: This place feels pretty big compared to some other thrift stores. Its clean, well organized, with lots of wiggle room which is helpful if your kiddos come too. It has a little bit of everything, and some treasures that would be hard to find at goodwill.
I will say, the prices are all over the place. I bought a beautiful wooden jewelry chest with stained glass windows for $8, but a cheap plastic fisher price toy was $12. I bought 2 name brand squishmallows that were the same size, but there was a $2 price difference. This store is run on donations, not consignment. So I cant think of any logical method. It seems pretty arbitrary, and some are just confusing. When I asked the volunteers at the counter, in a polite manner and smiling, clearly not complaining at all (they really do have some great deals), they didnt even say they werent sure, they just plain did not respond to me or look at me until they gave me a total. I even told them I was sure they werent in charge of that, I was just curious. The lack of customer service was a bit off putting. I understand they may deal with tough customers throughout the day, and everyone has bad days. But this was not one cashier, there were 2 standing right next to eachother at the same register. Neither one looked my way.
