1 /5 J P: First time in the store to return an online purchase and I was completely ignored by all employees. Not greeted not even looked at so I could ask “where is customer service” . I went to the regular line where people pay and I got cashier Marlem who was polite but NEVER even looked at my face when I was talking to her and I even made a funny comment to confirm she wasnt listening and indeed she didnt even realized , she asked if I wanted store credit and immediately said I would never come back where Im ignored like workers are robots . At least she said “sorry about that in a very low voice” . Me and my daughter felt SO unwelcome by the lack of professionalism, even at Ross they say HI lol . We would have probably walk around the store after but we just wanted to go to a nicer place so we left. Will probably write a letter to the corporate because thats the only way they may look at ALL the bad customer service reviews this location has.by the way this happened Monday 17th at 7pm you can look at the cameras .
