2 /5 Clinton stimpson: Would not recommend. I had 2 letter jackets done there and they sewed through the zip in liners, when asked about it they replied thats how we always do it. Lol.. they sewed my sons state championship patch on the back and it was supposed to go beside the matching one on the front chest. They also wont sew on sleeves or through leather like I asked.. so now I have to take my letter jackets somewhere else to get finished and repaired.

1 /5 Kim Edwards: Ordered shirts for group sport. On receipt stated order would be shipped in three weeks. After 5 weeks called and asked about this and they said since was a group order for a team the three weeks starts after all orders are submitted and that was ok as they said would still get before first games. But the week of the games called Tuesday and they said my order was shipped out on this day. After noticing I was only one who had not received mine and game is now tomorrow I called again on Friday. Was told mine was found in the back room not picked up by shipping so they sent it out today. They did not call and tell me about any of these issues of mine not being shipped and now won’t have for the games this weekend. Could have at least called and explained since I called Tuesday and was told was in the mail so could have had someone pick it up instead of shipping which cost me 15 for shipping. Also instead of just saying was shipped Tuesday someone could have actually checked and found that mine somehow was in the “backroom” not picked up. Also on Friday call stated would arrive Saturday which again it did not. Finally received and my sweatshirt is messed up. Also still have not got response to my email about above shipping issue. 1 /5 Josie Lair: Communication is very lacking. Delayed production after offers for less than what was ordered due to store convenience. Will not be returning. Feedback from another local organization who voiced they will also not be returning reiterated concerns with similar products.

4 /5 Tara Sturgeon: I have always been happy with the outcome of the products. But sometimes their hours are not consistant. My friend and I tried to go in today at 1:30 and their sign said they were open until 3 but no one was there and the doors were locked. My friend and I have also gone in there before and waited to be helped for 10 mins as workers walked past us. All in all, I am happy with the outcome of all products.

5 /5 John Cotter: Ive never had a problem with the store. I go ever so often to have fraternity letters made, and they always come out nice.
