1 /5 Vanessa Rodriguez: They always have the wrong signs on merchandise. When we ask about the price employees always get annoyed, they claim that the sign is for only certain things not for the whole rack that has a 50% off. Make that make sense? Also, they seem to get mad when you show them that online it’s actually marked the sale price. They definitely need to get new staff who actually like’s to work there and are willing to help customers. What has happened to customer service?

1 /5 Juicebox The Toast: I saw a sale on pants for 50% off and when I went to checkout I directly asked the cashier if it was ringing up 50% off. She lied and said yes. The moment I got out of line I reviewed my receipt and noticed it was only 30% off. I wasted my time getting in line again and unfortunately got the same cashier. I could tell she was annoyed I returned. She asked what I wanted and I told her the pants where in fact not rung up with the 50% off. She then asked "So what do you want?" I thought she would try to save the sale or even be nice but with her attitude I just told her to return it. Ill pay extra for better service. Hire better people.

2 /5 Lauren Perales: Store is clean but employees unhelpful. I asked them at register one of the crew sweaters had a sign 50% off and the price was not reflecting she insisted that is not on sale. So I paid and walked back took a photo of the sign and a young man did help to price adjust and give me back $19 that I had over paid

5 /5 Adrianne Gecan: I was recently at this store getting some last min school clothes for my kids. I was alone, wandering the store when a horribly blood curdling scream came from a few rows down. As the screaming continued I saw a young boy (approx 6) with his father. The boy was clearly on the autism spectrum and was obviously overwhelmed and over-stimulated. (Bright lights, loud music, people, clothes racks etc) the father of this boy was amazing! He stayed calm, quiet, and got down to his sons level. As I went over to give this dad some words of encouragement (as a fellow special needs parent, myself) a couple of lovely sales girls came over to ask how they could help! The father and I both said "the music is too loud for him" and right then they went to the sound system and turned the music way down! Everyone was willing to help this man, help his son. And they did so in a very kind, non-judgmental way! It meant a lot to me, and Im sure it meant the world to that father!!! Cudos to the Saturday (8/19/23) afternoon staff and bless you all!!
