1 /5 Ashley Lewis: The store looks great and the employees are friendly. That said — Old Navy’s “size inclusivity” only seems to apply if you shop online. The store has nothing in stock larger than an XXL. If you shop online for in-store pickup, it shows that larger sizes aren’t in stock but as someone who has been checking for months, I thought maybe this was an error. It isn’t. This is especially disappointing when our local area has so few store options to begin with and even fewer options for those larger than an XXL. Larger-sized people do exist and deserve clothes they can feel comfortable and confident in. For a brand that publicizes their wide arrange of sizes, they should absolutely be doing a better job of providing those sizes in store.
