4 /5 Alan Martinez: Awesome hometown feel to this business. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable. Pricing is a little on the high side but totally understandable considering the big box store effect on smaller businesses. Nonetheless, the location, employees, and inviting atmosphere of this business will keep me shopping at this location for many years to come. Reminds me of the businesses that operated in my Chicago neighborhood as a child before big box stores ruined the fabric of the community. Im happy to be a part of a good ole fashion small community shopping environment.

2 /5 James Harb: Reached out via email for help identify/locating a specific & apparently unique type of hardware (I had lots of pics/examples of what I was looking for, but no clue what to call it, or even how to describe it intelligently to hardware experts). To their credit, they replied promptly to my email (hence 2 stars instead of 1). Unfortunately, that’s where the help stopped. They were quick to inform me that they didn’t carry it, they couldn’t provide any insight on what to call it or even how to describe it, nor could they recommend anywhere else for me to look. When I followed up, clarifying that any insight at all from their perspective as furniture hardware experts would be valuable, their (again prompt) reply was “we don’t carry tray hardware.” Great. Thanks.
