1 /5 stacylaughs: The entrance through the alley, up the stairs, and the abrupt bag-check policy made for an uncomfortable visit. Staff weren’t welcoming; the first thing I heard was that they needed to take my purse, with no greeting or explanation. This policy isn’t posted anywhere, so it would be helpful for them to make it clear upfront. Overall, not a great customer experience. My friends and I call this Ragstock for bros, because the service is run by a Chad, and theres a lot of stinky used mens clothes here. The worst of the Ragstock stores for sure.

4 /5 Abigail J: An interesting store. Very hit or miss for me. I ignored the main section of the store (which looked similar to SHEIN clothes but way over priced) and went to their vintage and recycled section. Some of the “vintage” t-shirts ($19-$30 each! very pricy) were very new (see Disney and Forever 21 tshirt). However, their vintage jackets were dope (around $33) and for the most part seemed to be actually authentic. The other really cool find is the prom dresses and wedding dresses are only $10-$25…honestly great deals on some pretty dresses. Oh, and $30 vintage cowboy boots. That’s pretty awesome too. Overall, a pretty mixed bag for me but I enjoyed all around and seeing their wide selection and range, which brings them up to $4 for me.

3 /5 karina k: Its kind of pricey for not great quality clothing either used or new. I couldnt believe that used jeans shorts were $15. Its not a bargain for sure. There are some deals if you look at their sales. But You might be better off at the Goodwill or Salvation Army where you can get deals for $1-$10 typically on sale days. Its great to upcycle so please make it affordable upcycling. There is no parking so just park in the street or walk from CTA. Staff are nice and friendly. The coolest area. Very hip and in. The store does have some unique and fun stuff and costumes. Its a fun store!

1 /5 Chloe Ogundimu: I did not appreciate having to walk through an alley to reach this business. Upon entering, I had to walk upstairs only to be greeted by rude staff. They were not welcoming; the first thing they said was that they needed to take my purse and handed me a ticket. There was no "Hello, how are you?"—nothing! I felt like they were passing judgment on me, as if I were some type of thief. That was not a good feeling. I will never shop there again.

5 /5 Valerie Q Figg: Great selection of vintage, recycled, and new clothes. Everything is very well organized, and they had an awesome selection of Halloween themed clothes and a large stash of winter holiday sweaters, as well as dance/club wear. But my favorite was the rack of "sea captain" sweaters. Very reasonable prices, and some great sale deals. Definitely worth a visit if you like thrifted clothes and unique trendy 90s look fashion!
