Ross Dress for Less - Springfield (IL)

5 /5 Elizabeth Rose: I was so glad my friend suggested we kill some time by checking out this Ross. I was impressed by the full selection, my local Ross stores dont have as much inventory. I noticed right away how clean the floors and store was in general. I did find more things than I thought I needed, so it was a successful trip.

1 /5 jessica: Im a "ross shopper" love it.... but I have never seen one so under stocked, and un organized! I can understand low inventory, and I can understand messy, but this place was out of control. I did see 3 employees (2 at registers and 1 walking around) I was also informed that both their dressing rooms were out of service?? I ended up not buying ANYTHING if that tells you how bad it was.

5 /5 Into The void: We went here on June 24th , 2021. We needed to buy some clothes for our son who is coming home from the army and has no regular clothes here at home . We had no expectations going in but was pleasantly surprised at the size of the store and prices of this store . I was able to buy 2 pairs of jeans , a pair of NBA shorts , Levi underwear , socks and some tommy Hilfiger 3 pack of shirts for him for $77 total. All were brand new with tags. They had lots of household products and makeup , pillows and rugs and pots and pans as well as baby and kid and womens clothing as well. I really enjoyed going here . Everything was nicely priced and staff was helpful and friendly

1 /5 Nikolas Kadyk: 3-17-25, 3:50 p.m. Cashiers made it very clear they would rather be anywhere but working —complaining about customers and having to deal with them, while ignoring customers waiting to check out. Not a great experience.

3 /5 Krystal St John: I am 52 miles north of Springfield so I do my clothing, shoe, and accessory shopping in SF most of the time. Im very familiar with this Ross and have been coming here for 15 years or so. Its a hit or miss. Sometimes you find things worth purchasing, sometimes you dont. They sell name brands that have small things wrong with them, which means they could not be sold by the retailer. People like to steal, so there are always tags and open packages around the store. The dressing rooms havent been open since Covid. Not that I want to try on items from here anyway. The staff are always very nice and helpful, I have never had one who was rude.
