5 /5 Sarah Ruhlmann: Shoe Dept. always has the shoes Im looking for. I have shopped here for years because they have a good selection of name brand shoes for affordable prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer many sizes of all ages. I highly recommend them.

2 /5 Jeremy Conrad: In February 2017 I purchased two pair of shoes at the Shoe Department in Harrisburg Illinois. Everyone was nice and helpful. Six months later, after regular use, the soles of one pair of dress shoes are completely coming loose from the shoe. I came in to ask if there was anything they could do to help me. Again, the clerk was friendly, but told me there was nothing that they could do. She called her manager and her manager told her the same thing. Its disappointing that they didnt even offer a prorate or a coupon or anything. Im not upset. I know that things wear out over time. But Ive never had nice dress shoes fall apart in six months before. I am willing to change/update this review if someone from the store will.contact me and offer to help somehow.

4 /5 Nathan Ryder: Good selection of name brand shoes with decent prices. The staff wasnt overly helpful though. We had to keep asking an associate for help though as she only checked on our progress once.
