4 /5 Karen D: Here for the great Labor Day Sale. Additional 70% off of already reduced items, a sale that doesnt come around too often. Not many other customers here in the late afternoon to compete with for dressing rooms. Sales employees were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store was organized and clean. Some items are not consistent to size, depending on the style, and so its always better to try items on if you are in between sizes. If you want an item in a different color or size, they will contact another location for you and have it shipped. Great customer service!

1 /5 Pat Schwarze: I brought my handicapped granddaughter to shop for her birthday Friday and she asked to use a washroom. She was told no and sent outdoors across the shopping center to a public facility. Due to her handicap I thought this was inconsiderate so we left and I spent $300 on her at Chicos across the way. I Christmas shopped at Talbots and often shop online. The lack of consideration shown to her was unfortunate and a black mark against the store and its staff.

1 /5 Marina: Talbots is famous for its customer service. This location is an exception. There are a lot of UNHAPPY and RUDE women working here. They also are NOT trained on basic company policies, but NEVER forget to show attitude.
