Joseph Chmykhalov This was by far the worst experience i have ever had dealing with an attorney. Initially everything was going well, as the case progressed everything started going wrong. I was usable to get a hold of Amanda, every time i called the office i was told she was busy and asked to leave a message. I would get an email response a week late. After waiting 3+ months of my time and delaying the case i got an email for the court that she was requested to remove herself form the case with no explanation. Never received an final invoice and all attempts to contact her were ignored.

If you are looking for a divorce attorney to represent you, I would highly recommend this woman for your spouse that you are divorcing. She is terrible at customer service, does not answer your phone calls or requests for counsel on what is going on. Honestly, keep looking. My ex husband got a female attorney in Mt Vernon and came out on top. If you are looking for female empathy I recommend her instead. So look for Mt Vernon female divorce attorney’s. When it comes to taking your money though; Levanti won’t miss a beat. She also spoke with my ex husband when he went to her office prior to the divorce without asking or notifying me about it which I am pretty sure is shady as hell if not illegal in itself. Good luck and stay away, keep looking, best advice ever.

Diana Falmier Mr. Ford is very knowledgeable in his profession. I am a real estate agent and have used him for numerous real estate dealings such as contract for deed homes, contract for lease properties, and other real estate questions. My family has also used him for wills, power of attorney, living wills, and estate planning. He does not charge you by the minute or every time you call him like other attorneys and is considerate and treats you like you are a person not a check book. I would recommend Mr. Ford for your legal needs.

Deb Carpenter Our father passed in June of 2023. I paid this firm $4500 for Taylor McCann to assist our family with probate. There was a mistake with initial filing for me to become executor. It was overturned and our fathers wife was named executor. The communication with Taylor was horrible. She told me to go to probate, then said dont, then again said to go. She withdrew once, then recanted. Now has withdrawn again. Taylor only has 5 years experience as an attorney and it has not been all probate. Our Daddy still is not buried and this firm abandoned our family. I DEFINATELY do not recommend. They refuse any type of refund and we now are paying 5000 to another attorney to represent us. Jennifer Thompson stated she would call me back regarding a refund, no call and would not take my calls. Other owner stated I was "yelling" however I was actually crying and emotional. $4500 paid and probate court just started. Nothing accomplished. Taylor McCann actually sent someone else to appear at the hearing to correct her miss filing in the beginning. She didnt even show up. This is my opinion. Go elsewhere.

bobby brown I was wrongfully accused of three counts felony charges. Im from TN and Mrs. Paula took me in just walking off the street listened to my side of what really happened. She stood behind me and never budged for anything the DA said or offered. She wasnt going to allow them to wrongly accuse me of things I was innocent of. After almost a years worth of traveling and three different judges sitting in, I walked out with the judge giving a bs misdemeanor that is up to be expunged from my record. Judge said I wasnt leaving with his DA not getting something. I just shook my head and still didnt sign. The professionalism Mrs. Paula shown in the court room was top of any I have ever seen. She is a local born and raised home town girl from the area. Thank You Mrs. Paula for I owe you! This law office is the one you want. No questions, hands down!

Parker Agin I hired Jason Drew as my attorney immediately after I fired Letitia Wiggins to settle my divorce and get me 50/50 custody of my daughter. He and his staff did a phenomenal job on making sure all of that happened! All I can say is be patient. He is one man fighting for many other people in Southern Illinois, going through similar situations. He does everything he says he will and more. Letitia Wiggins first told me it shouldnt be a problem getting custody of my daughter. I have no criminal history whatsoever, Im a veteran and employed full time. After Letitia took my money, she told me there would be no shot at getting 50/50 and she screwed me in my first court hearing. If you want to get something done, hire Jason Drew! If you want to burn money for the hell of it, hire Letitia Wiggins.

Taylor Miller Do not hire Jason Drew! His paralegals were great. That is why they get 2 stars, otherwise I would be giving less. Jason cancelled 6 appointments on me during his 7 months representing me. He no called-no showed court TWICE! Now, he has LIED under oath to the Judge in my case. He sold me a great sales pitch but never delivered those promises. Go elsewhere!
