Wesam I consulted with Darryl about a case, and all the positive reviews are true. He is extremely knowledgeable and highly articulate in how he explains things and lays out a plan. What really stood out to me was his responsiveness. The guy picked up his own phone on a weekend. I know that shouldn’t be an expectation, but let’s be honest, when you’re calling a defense attorney, it’s because your life is falling apart. Having someone that attentive in a time like that means a lot. If you need the best of the best, I highly recommend him.

John Paul Marks Aaron is great he helped my sister Lidia get out of her lease when others told us it couldn’t be done but Aaron proved them wrong and found a flaw in her lease that allowed us to terminate it. He is fast and extremely responsive. One thing I really liked about Aaron he is a straightforward guy he gets to the point and doesn’t sugarcoat anything. Aaron will do everything in his power to actually help you when other lawyers would probably take weeks to act on your behalf Aaron will do it in days he is very efficient. Celina o Aaron really helped me out with my renting situation!!! I told my landlord my boyfriend moved in and instead of trying to work something out with me that was reasonable, he tried to wrongfully ask for a $3,600 fee, and then wanted $200 more in my rent going forward. I had already been a tenant of his for about 2.5 years, so this ask was shocking. I tried to negotiate with my landlord, told him this goes against Chicago renting laws, but he was being very stubborn and only wanted more money. I decided I no longer felt comfortable living in his unit. I tried to negotiate breaking my lease, and gave him a VERY generous offer. (he could keep my security deposit, Ill give 1 month additional rent, and still pay rent on the 1st) but hes so GREEDY and it wasnt enough for him. He countered with asking I pay 5x rent to break the lease. Thats when I found Aaron online, and sent him a summary of what was going on. He asked for a copy of my lease and said if I wanted to leave the next day without paying anything, I could! Turns out having a lease renewal written on a word document, and no Chicago renting laws attached makes it an easy case haha. Becuase of Aaron, I was able to walk away from my lease without haing to pay my landlord ANYTHING! And my landlord had to PAY ME back my security deposit! If youre going through something, I would recommend Aaron to help out. He made everything easy for me, he could probably help you out too!

Branko Aleksic Hi Serge , I know you will not like this post. Serge is someone who talk more than He knows. He is ex DA state not federal but He does not have experience what He say he got in federal law. I spend 75k for small case where he did nothing. I use all proof what I had and report him to ARDC because He supposed to return part of money what I gave him. My advice to anyone who talk to him you will have sweet talker and someone who will promise you just to take a case. Be careful with him. He is not horrible but He is not worth money what I pay him.

Tom Barahia Avni was my attorney for both buying a house and selling my condo. Neither transaction went perfectly smoothly: the seller of the house was a bit temperamental on certain points and the buyer of my condo wanted to get rid of the tenant (even though they had a few more months on the lease!). Finn Town Girl When Mr. Perez returned my call, I immediately knew by the insightful questions asked, he was connecting with my case on a deeper level. I literally sensed Mr. Perez processing the information of my case and approaching it the way an artist does—he was departmentalizing steps and complexities of what was involved. He told me he’d need a day to decide, but I ‘knew’ I’d found my attorney, (after a minimum of 25 others turned me down over a 3 month diligent search).
