Vince Shelby A law firm I did at first have a good experience with however this law firm wasn’t what they perceived to be. I ended up with a lawyer that didn’t believe or felt that my case was not solid after having it for a year or so. I had to constantly call to get follow ups, in all I had to make a change in order for things to get resolved.

A A I went with this law firm because it had good reviews. My experience has not been so good though. In 2 1/2 years my attorney has only ever called me back once. When I did receive that call she said she would request all paperwork from my doctor. That was 16 months after my last doctors appointment. After I have complete been released from all medical treatment. I don’t know why she waited 16 months after treatment was done to start working on my case. But I never get any answers, clarification or guidance. It’s always radio silence. Never returning calls, just wondering if they forgot about my case. I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews but this has not been a good experience.

Curt Stowe I used Brian several times. The first couple of cases went well, then I lost three weeks of time in getting my tenant out due to him not responding. I unfortunately gave Brian another chance and in this case I also lost several weeks trying to get him to respond to file my case, then he told me I had to get docs notarized which I was never required to do before. I dont know if he was intentionally trying to give me the run around or what but I did not have to do this with the him previously or the lawyer I used to replace him. He tried to tell me the failed responses were due to office staff changes, which maybe that was part of it, but I emailed him directly and he failed to respond. His prior office staff wasnt any better. In another instance I had to dispute a charge to get a refund even after I was told they would refund my card. They didnt and I had to go thru the run around with my cc to get the refund.
