Who ever helped me which I think it was Brandon maybe was able to let them take off the charge and refund me my security deposit. I was surprised when I saw it in my mail. Mark IamMe Horrible experience. Mr. Bode, although personable, showed a complete lack of interest in my case throughout the process. On multiple occasions he showed up to hearings without paperwork and even showed up one day and asked, "so what are we doing today?". I wouldnt recommend him to anyone. My case was black and white and he still didnt even attempt to do anything on my behalf. The whole time I felt like he was fighting for the other party. He also charged me $1000 dollars for services he said he wouldnt because I wasnt able to pay off a $3000 balance within a week, even after I was told by his employees that they do payment plans. His response to that was, "I dont care what they said, Im in charge!". Just a very unmotivated lawyer and bad experience which Ill be paying for over the next couple years.

tony thompson I was a little hesitant to trust in Kirk Bode due to previous experiences I have had with family lawyers. They all seem to promise the world and in the end make you wonder if you could have done it yourself. Mr. Bode was extremely attentive to my case and followed through with confidence. He was professional yet aggressive in the courtroom. I couldn’t help but feel that Mr. Bode cared as much about the case as I did. That’s just the kind of guy he is. Ian Sullivan Aliesha Graves is one of the rudest people Ive ever met!! My daughter got a speeding ticket and was instructed to pay a fine and take an Alive at 25 course online which she did all 2 weeks prior to her next court date. I was told if we bring in the certificate of completion for the course and paid the fines she could avoid her final court date. We dont have a printer at home, could not print it off at the library for some reason and asked around to use someones printer without any luck so I called ICC they gave me a number to call to get the certificate mailed to me. I called and paid $35 to have the certificate of completion mailed to me in 2 days. When I got it in the mail I took it to the courthouse the very next day. When Ms Graves looked at it she said in a very rude tone that shell except the cert. This time but my daughter needs to follow directions and that she did the wrong course. She didnt tho and as I was trying to explain what happened w our printer situation and that i have a picture from my daughters phone w the cert that does look a little different she cut me off and said "I dont know why we are still talking, I said I would accept it" in the most disrespectful rude tone Ive ever been talked to in 42 Yeats of living . When I asked what her name is she said its Aliesha Graves and if u want to go complain even though I said I will accept it, go right ahead. I called and left a message, waiting for a return call from her supervisor. Ive seen her in the past be rude to other people she works with, other defendants and pretty much anyone she comes into contact with. This is not the person we need to be deciding peoples feit. She is so unpleasant and so disgustingly rude that it literally made me sick to my stomach . I truly feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with her going forward. Pekin deserves better. She needs to go!!!!!
