Tyler Wrens Ask to speak to the lawyer to schedule an appointment receptionist is very rude she gives this law form gives very bad reputation. She started arguing with me and harassing me and then blocked me.? Honestly, she deserves to be in an old folks home or in a straight jacket it’s a shame because he seems like a very good lawyer

Justin Jockisch I had Ben Mills. He ATE through $3,000 of the $4,000 retainer fee that I paid. All he did was set up the court date and request the parenting plan that we had already written for him before hiring him. Hes also extremely unprofessional. We sent his three emails and called him six times, and two weeks later there was still no response. Now I had to pay another $5,000 to get a new lawyer because he somehow used all the money I gave him and didnt do anything. So thanks Ben. For ensuring that I lost $9,000 before the court date even began. I asked him simple questions like "what are the fathers rights?", "If she tries to use text messages against me can I do the same?", and "Why would I pay money to her for child support if I dont even get to see the kid and we havent even went to court?".. Of course Ben wrote it off as an annoyance and didnt respond to any of those basic questions. He used up $3,000 and pretty much did the absolute bare minimum and then ignored anything we said to him until the money was gone. Then when my court date was rescheduled, he didnt even bother to tell me about it until a couple days before. He was very unprofessional, unqualified, and unacceptable by any standards that anyone would have from any attorney. They also blew me off when I told them I hired a new lawyer and kept the remaining money left in the retainer free of course. Im sure many of youre probably looking at Murphy and Dunn because they have a reputation for being the best Family Law firm in the area, and maybe some of them are, but Ben Mills is is literally just warm body who is going to take your money and then disappear through most of the case. No consultation, no effort, no response most days. My case wasnt important enough to put effort into apparently, but dont worry they certainly kept my $4,000. Absolutely clown show.

Ami Malec Linda and her team are amazing! They are the best at what they do. Not only that, but they always give a detailed bill and never overcharge like many other attorneys. This is my second time with her. She is precise and to the point. She also gives it to you straight with family law. Never blows smoke. She and her staff are truly the best around. Not to mention, if she feels the need, she is a bulldog!

Linda Cluney My brother established a relationship with Watson firm back in February. He was passed back and forth between two lawyers a couple times. Both claimed after he started working with them, they could not represent him in court. Apparently they were not licensed to do business in that county. He never got clear answers to many questions he posed. It took over 5 months just to get a few filings done to petition for divorce. When things came to a standstill, he asked for a court date. After three weeks he asked where his court date was. His emails were not getting to his attorney. The paralegal said the court was not returning her calls to get a court date secured, but she would try once again. Never heard back from her. A week later he found out his attorney missed a very important request for information from the opposing firm. She missed the deadline for getting answers to them. The opossing party was going to take this to court and demand he pay court costs for their oversight in missing an important deadline. Watson dragged him into an email stating they needed documents from him in less than 48 hours. It cost him over $300 to gather documents for them. Then after he said he had them, the Watson attorney said they were electronic document firm and said he needed to find a way to electronically send to them ASAP. This was on a late Friday afternoon. Court date was following Monday. He spent hours using his phone to take pictures of documents. The paralegal who emailed him could not even spell his name correctly. In fact she mistakenly thought this court appointment was supposed to be the one he asked for when it was one by the opposing party. How unprofessional. He asked the senior partner when he could expect his court date. Her answer...set up another meeting with your attorney because their dockets fill up fast. This is not how you should treat your clients. It should not take a month to get an answer to important questions. A client should not be blocked from being able to send emails to their attorney regarding important matters. And a client should never have to be tossed between two attorneys with the same excuse they cannot represent their client in the county the client lives in. This did in fact happen to him twice. Its been 7 months now, and my brother has terminated his relationship with this firm. He does not, and I do not recommend doing business with this firm. They are not responsive, cannot even communicate timely, and cant even spell their clients name correctly in emails. He spent thousands of dollars in retainer fees. While I am not arguing this point, the argument should be where is the professionalism?
