Susan Heaton Since I was not able to discuss my claims with my agent Tyler Hansen. I was referred to Dan Kniss which was not available has not call me back. Referred me to Country Financial Bloomington HQ. I am writing to express my ongoing frustration with the lack of communication regarding my two weather-related claims with agent Tyler Hansen. Over the past 4-5 months, I have made many calls without receiving any callbacks. When I requested a scheduled call via email, Tyler asked me to send my questions by email instead. He did not answer my questions.
This lack of responsiveness and guidance has been disappointing and indicates a significant gap in customer service, claim services. A failure to respond, guide, communicate, respond. No effort to keep me in the loop.
