Tracy Bernard No communication what so ever,I had to pick up my grandson application went to return they were closed and hasn’t been opened since and no one I mean no one ever answered there phones or texted me back

Kaylyn They need to answer their phones more. I’ve called them five times and no answer, was told they’d call me and I haven’t been called. If there was an emergency and I needed to grab my son and someone doesn’t answer the phone it makes me question if I would even be able to get ahold of anyone when it came down to it.
