Top Rated 15 Schools in Geneva, IL - A Guide for Parents and Students

Sarah D OVERPRICED & lacking for an inadequate musical education. Staff is inappropriate to teach children. My kid got hurt there due to the sloppiness. Owner & staff didnt seem to care or take his injuries seriously. They just want you to pay, but dont know what theyre doing in terms of tending to kids needs or teaching the fundamentals of music. I wont be trusting my kids alone with them in the future.

Chris Wallace School of Rock has been great so far for my 4 year old son. He comes out of the class smiling from ear to ear every time and its great for him to try different instruments and socialize with others. Teachers and staff are awesome. If youve been on the fence give it a shot, cost is reasonable and doesnt require some crazy commitment! Keep rocking!

Carrie Spillane Our 15 year old son took an interest in learning guitar. We reached out to Geneva School of Rock and were welcomed right into their community. Chase has made my sons introduction to guitar such a positive and fun experience. My son felt an immediate connection to Chase and he is progressing along pretty quickly. Chases encouraging, supportive and genuine teaching style has cemented our sons interest in this new venture. We are so grateful to have found, not only a great instructor but someone who has so positively influenced and validated our sons interest and desire to learn about music and guitar.

Kaitlyn Grabanski I have a four-year-old and a two-year-old currently at the Ivy Academy. Would initially drew us to the program was it’s flexibility with part-time schedules. That was really important to us and they were able to accommodate right away. Currently my children’s teachers are Miss Maria and Mr. Alex. Both my kids love going to school and talk about all the friends they’re making. A couple of times they have called me if my kids were not feeling well and I feel like they take care of them like they’re their own until I’m able to pick them up.

James Fudacz We were lucky to have found Ivy when we were searching for day care locations two years ago. They were flexible with our schedules and excellent for our kids. We were especially lucky to have Kim as their main teacher. She went above and beyond for all the kids there every day, and she really felt like family to us. We had to move on, but only due to logistical reasons and it was quite sad to go. If things change we would definitely look to go back to Ivy again. Thank you for taking such good care of our kids, and for being so good to us as well.

adam morrissey My son attended Mansio in the mid 2000s. We thought his development was on a normal trajectory until he entered public school in Batavia. We immediately realized he was way ahead of the other students. We believe this leg up came from Mansio. He continued to advance throughout elementary school and by the time he graduated high school last year he was operating multiple years ahead in several subjects. He is currently enrolled at Arizona State university, majoring in actuarial science on an academic scholarship. We believe it all started at Mansio and we cant thank them enough.

Tanya Meyers Mansio Montessori was one of the best decisions we have ever made for out 3 children and our family. It was a private school experience that has given our children the foundation for their love of learning. All of our children started with the Beginner Toddler program and continued through the Kindergarten program. Going into the first grade they were well advanced in their reading, math, foreign language, and social skills. Janet and all of the amazing teachers were always so kind and loving to our kiddos. I learned so much from them and am forever grateful we found this school. I highly recommend Mansio to everyone I know.

Natalie Psarros My two children (5 & 4) have been enrolled at Mansio since they were 2 years old. They have progressed through the toddler, preschool and Kindergarten programs. My family has had nothing but the best experience with Mansio. Janet Shanahan is wonderful, ALL of the teachers are wonderful (they are responsive, engaged, and listen to any specific needs we may have). My kids thrive on the hands on attention and interaction with their peers they get through this program. I think the classrooms they have progressed through really helped them grow and become the independent human beings they are. You will love it here!
