Karyn Nielsen The staff at Cadence Academy have all been amazing! Both of my children were welcomed with open arms from the very first day and they have bonded well with their teachers. My son has multiple food allergies and I appreciate that they work hard to make sure he has safe food options available to him even for holiday parties so he is not left out. They go above and beyond to make sure both of my children are safe, happy, and healthy. I am so glad we found an amazing place for our children to attend.

Gretchen Ewer My son and I love Cadence Academy! The staff are extremely nice and helpful. They were able to put my mind at peace leaving my 2 year old son with people other than family. They have become like family over the last few months. Not only does my son have fun during the day, hes also learned so much in such a short time and has made huge progress, not to mention hes learning to make friends and be social. The teachers are always there for each and every one of the kids. The teachers and staff are patient and kind and seem to enjoy what they do. They send pictures of the kids throughout the day which gives parents peace of mind. I know my son is in great hands when Im not there. This place is the best!

I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for care. Their staff is professional and I felt like they truly cared about my son. Ms. Sharon and Ms. Cassie have really been fantastically patient and kind from potty training to building social skills. We are so thankful to them and all the other amazing teachers!

Joey Richardson Kuk Sool Won of Pekin has been great for my son. PBSN Michael Yates is an amazing instructor and makes sure the kids have fun while learning Kuk Sool.

Timothy Goodhart Kuk Sool Won of Pekin has been a wonderful program for our 6yr old daughter (4 when she started). She has gained self confidence, is learning the value of hard word/dedication, and is learning mental self discipline from PSBN Michael Yates, and all the instructors! Worth every penny, and every minute of time invested... Kuk Sool Won really is a very large extended family!

Tracy Haas My 6yo Son started Evolution Martial Arts in 2017 and I joined at 34yo a few months later, and here we are in 2024 still loving our journey! EMA has gave us a whole new family, our instructors past and present have all modeled us in many positive ways. SBN Michael Yates has an unwavering passion to help guide each students confidence and morals to embrace the true martial artist spirit! By far has to be the best place weve joined for any kind of activity!

Lexus Magana Do not bring ur kid here. My daughter was brought here she is a mixed little girl they are racist. The teacher let her sit in a corner and cry all day. I walked into the room to pick my baby up and there was 3 teachers in one room just watching her cry in a corner by herself. When I walked in the teacher was talking to the director about me and I couldn’t make up what she was saying and the director kept yelling “she’s in here the mom is in here” and the teacher looked up at me and smiled while my daughter was shaking crying scared in a corner all by herself. And the other children had no socks or shoes on they were barefoot in the class. And the director lied to me when I called to ask how my daughter was doing he said fine she wasn’t crying at all. Which was a lie

Jecolia Aurelien Not a good daycare my children declined going here they shutdown and reports were not as consistent or detailed enough. Kids sense energy and they did not feel comfortable enough to potty consistently here as they were trained at home but sent with diapers and were so nervous they would go in the diaper. They cried and screamed and went against authority because the staff had no patience with children and had no breakdown of the curriculum. They also got sick immediately here, I am not sure if it’s sanitized and disinfected areas. No security access to rooms. They are now at a new daycare and have done a 360 back to where I had them before going to this place at the new daycare they potty consistently, gravitate to the teachers and students, they are no longer sick, and their curriculum is clear and kids are advancing quickly. Daily reports and at new daycare the staff are patient and the kids do not cry or scream, they feel at home.

Kayleigh miller My family has moved around a lot. We have even been in some parts of Chicago. I have worked in childcare for about 10 years now and this daycare by far the worst daycare I have ever encountered. I am thankful that my kids both have great teachers, miss Jamie and Miss Phoebe, however the owner is very rude to parents and staff. She will compare your children to other children and if you have a special needs child, she will point that out and make you feel lesser than. I have heard the owner complain about how many times she has had to work with DCFS cases against the center because her facility isn’t run properly. A few months back when he had a previous teacher, my son was left outside by himself. He is autistic and now is very anxious that he will get left alone again.

Kamryn Hauk We love Kings Kids! The center is clean and organized, the staff is extremely knowledgeable, and the director is very responsive. They truly care for each child that comes into the center, from the newborns up to the graduating preschoolers. We recommend this center to everyone!

Haley Naylor We have been going to Kings Kids for 2.5 years with 2 kiddos and they are great! Friendly teachers, I dont have to worry about the care my kids are getting. They do many activities and theres a large fenced in outside play area as well as a gym for inclement weather days so they can run and get energy out. Highly recommend!
