Jesse Schniederjan We had the worst experience 2 months ago and the girl with colorful hair, short snd bubbly I think sheren or something like that, fixed our situation and our cuts. So we went back in this time to have her cut, shes not an employee there anymore!! WHAT??!?! AND THE TWO WHO CHOPPED MY KIDS HAIR ARE STILL WORKING THERE!!
Why would you keep these employees who have no clue how to even trim bangs or basic scissor skills and allow the ones with quality haircuts and dependable (meaning they always look the same) for every cut???
She was the best employee and I wont be back now. 2 adults and 2 kids who get cut every 5 to 6 weeks, we will find someone who can cut and respect our family.

Weaver Shannae (Darkfairy) We had a family member pass and I needed both of my sons hair cut. Two different girls did them and they both messed up but my older one is horrendous! I can not believe she allowed my son to walk out like this! She was at the effingham store, super skinny with scars all over her face. I have a picture if you want me to email to the company but I WANT MY MONEY BACK! My other son has a callick and they ALWAYS cut it down and blend it. She refused to and said shed basically have to buzz his head! Weve been doing it for 7 years and we never had this problem. You need to quit just filling these chairs and make sure you have decent stylists in there because those who are great are being hurt there.

Pete Not a long wait if you check in using the app. Staff was fun and friendly. I was satisfied with my hair cut. Didnt take long overall.
