Kennedy Phelps I had a great experience at the dentist today for my routine cleaning and X-rays. Megan, my hygienist, was friendly, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. She did an excellent job and explained everything clearly. The office was well-organized, and the staff was welcoming and professional.

Tracy McGee We recently lost our family dentist. The idea of having to find another provider was daunting considering we had never known another dentist. We are so grateful for Dr. Grounds and his staff. We were immediately put at ease and it feels like we have been there for years. I couldnt recommend them enough! Everyone is so friendly, it feels like family.

Linda moles I had surgery on my foot today and I have to say that the doctor and the nurses were very nice and on top of everything. Especially my nurse Denise. And the nurse that was there after Denise left. Sorry I can’t remember her name but they were super nice.. I had not been there in 48 years and that was when I had my son Raymond. Kitty Cavin I was scheduled for an MRI I live an hour away happen to call a few minutes before I got there to let them know I was a few minutes late and it took me three times to actually get through the first call the lady picked up and before I could get anything said she hung up finally got ahold of them only to find out my insurance had not yet approved my test. I ask what I could do and she said pay out of pocket. I ask her why she would let someone get up at 5 am get ready and drive an hr away to just be told they couldn’t do a service without even attempting to call the patient when they had all of that time to get that info. A very rude non caring way to treat someone. Very unprofessional, doesn’t have the patience best interest in mind and talk very rudely to patient on phone. It takes a lot to upset me but I literally cried all the way back home. Just a very unpleasant experience all around. Will not trust them with my health

Pamela Fielder Was in the ER with a patient. Asked to see the doctor Thompson. Was told by the staff that it is best not to ask for him, that things would get bad if we did. Asked for Tylenol for the patient took 4 hours to get it. Ask nurse what was going on with the test that they were doing? And was told not to ask that the doctor would get upset and would not allow them to tell us what was going on. When doctor finally did come in he was very hateful and refuse to do anything for the patient. ( Patient was very ill.) When a male came in to see the patient doctor came in and was a totally different person to the male asking the questions. Asked the nurse whats the difference was and was told it was because they were a male. During this time the nurses have been chewed multiple times by the doctor for no reason at all. They were in tears. Its bad when the nurses do not even want to come to work when certain doctor is there.

M Moore Our daughter has been a patient for many years. She now has straight beautiful teeth to match her beautiful smile, and we could not be happier!! Dr. Childers, Dr. Mason, and Misty were her primary team, though all were professional and caring. We appreciated the skilled team providing the best of orthodontic care. The office environment was always pleasant and appointments were on time. Thank you for bringing out the best smile!

Carolyn Dutton Receptionist is very rude and insensitive. Dr. Stricklin is kind and caring so I do not understand how he keeps such a rude person on staff. I have family and friends that have went to him for years and love him so when when I had a dental emergency I called and was met with a very rude uncaring response from the receptionist. Unbelievable

Monique Atsas The female dentist that works or worked there 2 years ago ruined mine and my sons teeth tremendously! If you actually care about your teeth, and gum health, then steer clear of dental services provided by the woman dentist. She scrapes your teeth until you can see actually see through them. As God as my witness.

Katie Roth so i called to make my apt to get all my teeth pulled and went in today. well geuss what i didnt have apt even they set it up for me. i laterally put it my phone as they was telling when and what time it was. now they want me to wait 3 more months. i will be finding another place.

Maci Hutson If I could give less I would, our experience was absolutely sub par. The lack of bedside manner is astounding considering he is a pediatric dentist. His condescension towards parents asking questions is beyond ANYTHING Ive ever experienced. Our daughter has had multiple extensive medical procedures, and this dentist needs to find another profession.

Philip Fritts I am a trumpet player, I had severe pain and throbbing in my mouth. Not able to play my trumpet. Dr Cook examined me. Laid out a plan with choices and said he could fix me. He did. I had not smiled in many years because of my teeth. I now have new teeth that fit perfectly. The cost was far less than big dental agencies wanted me to pay. I smile now, I have excitement, able to play my trumpet with no pain. Thank you Dr Cook and your staff are the best. You made me comfortable and at ease with everything you done for me.

Sharon Wiesemann They did good work. However, theyre EXTREMELY expensive and not a member of any dental insurance network. My former dentist, who was superb but 250 miles away from Harrisburg, accepted my insurance payment in full for the work he did. I knew Id have to pay more here, but I didnt expect it to be hundreds and hundreds of dollars.

Bruce Todd Professional all the staff that i encountered were great i would highly recommend them to anyone my teeth were terrible they did not make me feel uncomfortable at all very unjudgemental they made me feel like they were there to help me get took of what needed done
