5 /5 Linda moles: I had surgery on my foot today and I have to say that the doctor and the nurses were very nice and on top of everything. Especially my nurse Denise. And the nurse that was there after Denise left. Sorry I can’t remember her name but they were super nice.. I had not been there in 48 years and that was when I had my son Raymond. You guys are top notch. Thank you for your service. Linda Moles

1 /5 Kitty Cavin: I was scheduled for an MRI I live an hour away happen to call a few minutes before I got there to let them know I was a few minutes late and it took me three times to actually get through the first call the lady picked up and before I could get anything said she hung up finally got ahold of them only to find out my insurance had not yet approved my test. I ask what I could do and she said pay out of pocket. I ask her why she would let someone get up at 5 am get ready and drive an hr away to just be told they couldn’t do a service without even attempting to call the patient when they had all of that time to get that info. A very rude non caring way to treat someone. Very unprofessional, doesn’t have the patience best interest in mind and talk very rudely to patient on phone. It takes a lot to upset me but I literally cried all the way back home. Just a very unpleasant experience all around. Will not trust them with my health

1 /5 Pamela Fielder: Was in the ER with a patient. Asked to see the doctor Thompson. Was told by the staff that it is best not to ask for him, that things would get bad if we did. Asked for Tylenol for the patient took 4 hours to get it. Ask nurse what was going on with the test that they were doing? And was told not to ask that the doctor would get upset and would not allow them to tell us what was going on. When doctor finally did come in he was very hateful and refuse to do anything for the patient. ( Patient was very ill.) When a male came in to see the patient doctor came in and was a totally different person to the male asking the questions. Asked the nurse whats the difference was and was told it was because they were a male. During this time the nurses have been chewed multiple times by the doctor for no reason at all. They were in tears. Its bad when the nurses do not even want to come to work when certain doctor is there.

1 /5 Windy Crowe: Rude ER doctor. Same doctor missed her having broken foot last time we was there and this time sent her home even though she could not, sit, stand or walk on her own. We ended up calling 911 again and had her sent to different hospital for better care

Dental Care at Prairie Crossing - Springfield Bretscher Michelle (bretscherme): Great visit. Very impressed with the thorough treatment as a first time patient. The staff were super helpful finding insurance information for me. My hygienist was very personable and knowledgeable. I am slightly anxious in a dental chair but Dr. Wolff made me feel at ease.

Advanced Dental Care of Springfield - Springfield Sandra Weeks: The staff at Advanced Dental Care are nice and friendly. This was my first appointment and I was really happy with their service. Dr. Driscoll is great. She explains everything to you and shows you your teeth. Clare was my hygienist and she was kind, gentle and informative. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Dental Group of Springfield - Springfield Tod: The staff and Dr are on time for appointments, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They have very kind mannerisms. The waiting room is always clean and so are the patient rooms, that I have been in. The TV in the patient room is a huge plus to promoting calm senses. Highly recommend this place for all dental concerns and specifically for Dentures,which is what I am currently working towards getting and in a very timely manner!

Springfield Dental Care - Springfield John Holtkamp: These folks are truly wonderful. The office atmosphere is happy, they clearly enjoy their work and appreciated one another. Always a team effort, smiles everywhere! And of course, could not be more satisfied with the quality of their work. Had an implant and two crowns. They walk you through options, including price and follow up. Good work by good people!

Familia Dental - Springfield Sarah Thomas: Every visit, they are so friendly. On our first visit, I wasn’t so sure of the setup. Didn’t seem like there was much privacy. However, the team goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of, and that your information is safe, there is no judgment, and that you come first. My kids actually like it here.

Access Dental & Orthodontics - Springfield Stacy Brewer: I have had my daughter as a patient there for the last two years. We enjoyed the office and staff until recently when they completely lost communication and scheduling has been a nightmare. Over the last three months I have scheduled appointments and when I and my daughter have shown up the office is completely closed and locked during normal business hours and no one from there has called to reschedule or let me know the office would be closed and I’ve had to call the phone line which is always someone not affiliated with the office at a different location and they make an appointment which has been at least a month out both times and still when we went today for her cleaning the office was closed and locked with the open sign on and nobody inside. When I called today I was told they are in between doctors and didn’t know if they could schedule my daughter at this time and a manager would contact me. Luckily we live close by but if others are traveling far distances and/or taking kids out of school just to be left at a locked door with no contact it’s bad business and incredibly unprofessional.

Aspen Dental - Springfield, IL - Springfield Jessie: Staff was incredible! They let me know everything they were doing along the way. Everyone is so nice & very attentive. I left knowing exactly what the game plan was for my dental plan and exactly what was expected of me. Ricky I believe is her name that helped me decide how to proceed was very honest with what I could expect as far as billing and how to go about scheduling my future appointments for best results. I’m so pleased with my service overall!

Prairie Dental Group - Springfield Kathryn Powell: I only just switched to Prairie Dental Group and Im sorry Ive waited so long. Their maticulous attention to detail, time spent doing the best by the patient, and also doing their best to keep things reasonable from a financial perspective bespeaks a level of commitment that is bar none.
