My hygienist was very personable and knowledgeable. I am slightly anxious in a dental chair but Dr. Wolff made me feel at ease.

1 /5 Kim West: I made an appointment here because their website states one option for payment is a dental savings plan. My son has no insurance so it would have been a great option. Upon arrival, I was told that they no longer participate in that program because the discount they offer is more than the discounts offered by the program plus you dont have to pay the yearly participation fees for the program(usually a couple hundred dollars per year). After they took X-rays and did the exam, we discussed the dental plan for my son. The amount was astronomical!! I asked if that was the discounted price since he had no insurance and the exact same person who had just explained to me about the "better discounts" than the savings plan looks me straight in the eye and said, "We dont offer a discount." WHAT?!!? She says I could get a discount on todays visit. An exam and bitewings......175.00. Thats not a discount!!! One last thing. As I was looking into this dental savings plan mentioned on their website, guess whos name is listed as a participant in the program???? Yep, Dr. Whiteside. Very disappointing to say the very least.

Always a team effort, smiles everywhere! And of course, could not be more satisfied with the quality of their work. Had an implant and two crowns. They walk you through options, including price and follow up. Good work by good people!

Familia Dental - Springfield Sarah Thomas: Every visit, they are so friendly. On our first visit, I wasn’t so sure of the setup. Didn’t seem like there was much privacy. However, the team goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of, and that your information is safe, there is no judgment, and that you come first. My kids actually like it here.

Access Dental & Orthodontics - Springfield Stacy Brewer: I have had my daughter as a patient there for the last two years. We enjoyed the office and staff until recently when they completely lost communication and scheduling has been a nightmare. Over the last three months I have scheduled appointments and when I and my daughter have shown up the office is completely closed and locked during normal business hours and no one from there has called to reschedule or let me know the office would be closed and I’ve had to call the phone line which is always someone not affiliated with the office at a different location and they make an appointment which has been at least a month out both times and still when we went today for her cleaning the office was closed and locked with the open sign on and nobody inside. When I called today I was told they are in between doctors and didn’t know if they could schedule my daughter at this time and a manager would contact me. Luckily we live close by but if others are traveling far distances and/or taking kids out of school just to be left at a locked door with no contact it’s bad business and incredibly unprofessional.

I left knowing exactly what the game plan was for my dental plan and exactly what was expected of me. Ricky I believe is her name that helped me decide how to proceed was very honest with what I could expect as far as billing and how to go about scheduling my future appointments for best results. I’m so pleased with my service overall!

Their maticulous attention to detail, time spent doing the best by the patient, and also doing their best to keep things reasonable from a financial perspective bespeaks a level of commitment that is bar none. I would not hesitate to recommend these lovely ladies to anyone in need of quality dental work.

21st Century Dental - Springfield - Springfield Shelley Berendt: Going to the dentist makes me very nervous. I get more and more anxious the closer my appointment gets. But since coming to 21st Century, half way through my checkup, I’m able to relax because they put all my fears to rest. My cleanings are quick, the hygienist is swift and tender with my sensitive gums. No matter how someone feels about going to the dentist, o highly recommend 21st Century Dental.

Modern Dental of Springfield - Springfield Deborah Colvin: Good visit. Was taken back on time. Assistant did X-rays and took concerns. Doctor arrived promptly did a did exam. Gave me good news and was in and out and returned to work in less than an hour. Great service. I have recommended the practice to several. Hopefully they will take advantage of the excellent service. Schön Dental - Springfield Kelsey Griesbaum: This was my first time here and I had an outstanding experience. The office is cozy and very quiet and calm. The dentist and hygienist that treated me were so friendly and really did a thorough job. I was impressed with the technology they were using as well. I would absolutely recommend this dental group!

Milner Dentistry - Springfield Sarah Arterberry: Hygienist and Dr Ty both took their time with my daughter and explained everything that was going on. Dr. Ty made sure to connect with my daughter to put her at ease. Front office staff were so pleasant and welcoming.

Southern View Dental Group - Springfield Haz: Went in for a broken tooth. Dr was extraordinarily unprofessional. Hours stated on the front door are incorrect. Nurse was rude. Had to schedule off work to come in for my appointment for it to last all of 20 minutes and him tell me "Youre gross. Your mouth is gross." and that they are scheduling a deep cleaning breaking my mouth into quadrants and its going to be a lot of work and multiple appointents before they would even discuss my broken tooth. They can kick rocks. Went to a different dentist and they told me I was slightly worse than the normal for my age and gave me a regular cleaning day of my appointment along with fixing my broken tooth a week later. Please stay far away from these crooks. If I could give zero stars I would.
