1 /5 Haz: Went in for a broken tooth. Dr was extraordinarily unprofessional. Hours stated on the front door are incorrect. Nurse was rude. Had to schedule off work to come in for my appointment for it to last all of 20 minutes and him tell me "Youre gross. Your mouth is gross." and that they are scheduling a deep cleaning breaking my mouth into quadrants and its going to be a lot of work and multiple appointents before they would even discuss my broken tooth. They can kick rocks. Went to a different dentist and they told me I was slightly worse than the normal for my age and gave me a regular cleaning day of my appointment along with fixing my broken tooth a week later. Please stay far away from these crooks. If I could give zero stars I would.

1 /5 Andrea Hampton: Took my daughter in for minor pain due to a cavity, they drilled it and filled it she has been in pain for almost 3 weeks, nerve pain cause he exposed a nerve. Get her back in after 3-4 times of her being in there cause of the pain he tells me she needs a root canal, so now I have to find a specialist and she will have to continue to be in pain and wait and here is the kicker, go in today he says he is going to prescribe pain meds and antibiotics, this was 8 am. It is now 430, they are closed....EARLY....and Walgreens does not have her script!!

5 /5 Mohammed Wael Jaafar: We just recently learned about Dr Massoud who is in town. We were previously taking our now 4 year old daughter to the center in Auburn. My daughter fell and chipped her front baby tooth at the playground. Initially the damage was minimal, but we decided to have her seen for reassurance anyways. Dr Massoud was very friendly and helpful. He explained the process thoroughly and helped my daughter feel very comfortable with the clinic. Sadly, over the weekend, my daughter bit an apple and ended up damaging her tooth further. The chip became loose and somewhat painful (but still attached to gum). We called again and were immediately seen on Monday at 8:30 am. By that time, my daughter was a lot more comfortable going to the dentist. We came to conclusion that the chip had to be extracted. Dr Massoud was very professional and finished the procedure within minutes (with topical anesthesia). My daughter needed some encouragement and was only slightly nervous. She basically recovered during the 10 minute ride home. She was immediately happy and pain free! We also got a referral to a pediatric restorative orthodontist (just in case the tooth was still painful or needed some cosmetic adjustment). Overall my wife and I were very pleased with the care we received. We are hoping to transfer care for the whole family to this clinic.

1 /5 Shuntae Cole: They don’t like people of color. They treated us horrible thru the door! I have never in my life experienced racism to that degree in my entire life I literally left in tears the way they treated my nephew and I. So if you Afro American STAY AWAY FROM SOUTHERN VIEW DENTAL GROUP
