1 /5 sean102574: Horrible customer service over the phone. They were rude. The lady put me on hold and just left me there. And a facility like this that doesn’t even have your money yet and is treating you this bad. I could just imagine how bad they treat you once they actually have your money. So I definitely wouldn’t be using this place just for that reason alone.

5 /5 Carl Walton: Very simple and easy to schedule an appointment. When I arrived I felt like a friend rather then a customer. The staff listened to my concerned and quickly and efficiently addressed the issues. Great staff and crew delivering excellent produces and service.

1 /5 Charles Pryer: I sure dont know how this place has ANY good reviews. Brittany was pleasant at first, but that didnt last. Had all my teeth pulled in June of 23. The dentures they made NEVER fit, and they refused to refit, just kept grinding and polishing the old ones. Im so glad they shut the doors on this office. I had to go to another office and they redid my dentures. They fit great.

5 /5 Y S: Amazing personalities. The General Manager went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything they suggested. Upfront payment yet she took my impressions on my word. I live an hour away and they did all they could make the fewest trips. Much Appreciated to Brittney and her crew. Including the dentist. Keep her around. Her people skills are amazing. No, I do not know Brittany in person but, her gang is really that good!

5 /5 joe ciszek: The staff is extremely warm and kind, even under tough situations. All staff is knowledgeable about what needs done and accommodate each patient as much as possible. These folks have gone out of their way to help me w my teeth. Much appreciated
