5 /5 Panda Kat: I went in there Friday to go get my wisdom teeth removed. My dentist was Dr Long. He was patient with me and answered any questions I had. He also explained step by step the process that was going to happen. Unfortunately he could not put me to sleep due to my small veins, so I had to do shots instead. However he and his crew kept me at ease the whole time. They let me stop if I was getting to be in too much pain. Plus they altered the billing for me if there were procedures I couldnt do, So I wasnt getting charged for anything I shouldnt.

5 /5 Paula Stadeker: Dr. Jordan Williams did complete removal of my teeth and had only one day of pain. One tooth had to be cut out and still only one day of pain. Healed beautifully with no complications! Very pleased.

1 /5 Guest Icles: Shameful how they refuse to work with medical insurance. They will only work with dental insurance, which often doesnt cover surgeries related to cleft lips and palates, but is covered under medical insurance through a law passed effective 1/1/2024. Because they refuse to work with medical insurance, all costs are offset and shifted to the parents to cover, even though the health insurance company has stated they will do a single case agreement with the office to get our childs oral surgery due to their cleft palate covered. Whats even worse is their office is often the provider who goes to SIUs cleft clinics for parents with children who suffer from cleft lips and palates. If I worked for this practice, I would be ashamed and disappointed that our office refused to work with parents and children for their medical needs, THAT ARE LEGALLY COVERED BY OTHER INSURANCE.

5 /5 Selena Dunne: The service offered here is exceptional! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful in getting an appointment scheduled. Dr Williams and his team explained the extracting process and recovery so we fully knew what to expect. The procedure itself was flawless, and there were no issues healing whatsoever. They also did a follow up call to make sure all was well. Highly recommend this office for your oral needs.

1 /5 Tyler Curry: After confirming multiple times how much I would owe going into the surgery, they waited until immediately after I had my wisdom teeth extracted, still hazy from anesthesia, to tell me they were incorrect and that I would owe 3 times the original figure and had to pay immediately.
