Jennifer Bartz I had an emergency appointment with a fractured tooth that needed to be pulled. I have very long teeth so it’s always a challenge. Dr. Duewer was amazing! I have major anxiety when it comes to dentist and I’ve never had one that took his time and made sure I was at ease like he did! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Duewer!!!

Max Bumgardner An excellent team. They do not create problems in your mouth so they can line their pockets. When we lived in another city for a time, we were able to see the difference in the level of personal care Dr. Cummins and his team offered. It was a stark contrast from the office in suburban Chicago that was wanting to see how much money they could get from our family for things that didnt really need to be done. Everyone in our family totally trusts the Cummins team. We think they are wonderful and would refer them to anyone. My kids have great smiles because of Dr. Cummins and his team.

Max Bumgardner Brittany is a total professional and I appreciate her efforts. Dr. Feelgood is the best. (Dr. Cummins) I have been a fan for years. Great staff. Great experience.

Bill Velazquez I’m new to Springfield so I didn’t have any recommendation on where to go for a root canal. I was more than a little hesitant for such a serious procedure, but I couldn’t have chosen better than Dr. Taylor. He gave me an appointment same week, was super professional. His office is 100% prepared with Covid measures (take temperature, masks, no waiting room). I was very worried about the oncoming pain of the procedure but I am not kidding when I tell you I DIDN’T FEEL A THING. He’s an expert at administering local anesthetic. I have felt more at normal fillings than this! I am beyond happy with his service and recommend him to everybody. 5 stars!!

Joyner Leasing I was referred to Dr. Taylor by my regular dentist for a root canal. His office got me in within a week (which was fine because I was not having any pain). At the consultation, the doctor explained the procedure along with possible complications and I was informed of the charges. Everyone at the office was friendly, efficient, and professional. The procedure itself was quick (around an hour total) and almost completely pain-free (my jaw got a little sore from being wide open for an hour, but thats really the only discomfort I felt at all). I was very satisfied with my experience.

Jerry Palmer Dr. Varney is a highly skilled practitioner who does excellent work. I feel lucky to find him after some not so pleasant experiences with other dentists. Im 87 years old and Dr Varney has given me a whole new outlook on saving my current teeth and a great smile again. I highly recommend him. He took before and after photos and when we are finished I hope he shows them so you can see just how great this young man is.

K I have been going here for approx 5 years and trust them not to take advantage of my health ins or my pocketbook. Every time is a pleasant experience beginning with front desk receptionist, hygienists, Dr Keith and then with insurance/payment person. On the way out the door, quality coffee bar and good healthy snacks such as granola bars. My most recent visit was due to very bad tooth pain, Im expecting a root canal. Dr was thorough and in hind site I realize other dentists could have easily taken financial advantage, but that did not happen.

Painless, perfect fit, matching color and quick. In and out in an hour and a half. He even adjusted an appliance for my comfort that was years old from another dentist. Panda Kat I went in there Friday to go get my wisdom teeth removed. My dentist was Dr Long. He was patient with me and answered any questions I had. He also explained step by step the process that was going to happen. Unfortunately he could not put me to sleep due to my small veins, so I had to do shots instead. However he and his crew kept me at ease the whole time. They let me stop if I was getting to be in too much pain. Plus they altered the billing for me if there were procedures I couldnt do, So I wasnt getting charged for anything I shouldnt.

Paula Stadeker Dr. Jordan Williams did complete removal of my teeth and had only one day of pain. One tooth had to be cut out and still only one day of pain. Healed beautifully with no complications! Very pleased.

Guest Icles Shameful how they refuse to work with medical insurance. They will only work with dental insurance, which often doesnt cover surgeries related to cleft lips and palates, but is covered under medical insurance through a law passed effective 1/1/2024. Because they refuse to work with medical insurance, all costs are offset and shifted to the parents to cover, even though the health insurance company has stated they will do a single case agreement with the office to get our childs oral surgery due to their cleft palate covered. Whats even worse is their office is often the provider who goes to SIUs cleft clinics for parents with children who suffer from cleft lips and palates. If I worked for this practice, I would be ashamed and disappointed that our office refused to work with parents and children for their medical needs, THAT ARE LEGALLY COVERED BY OTHER INSURANCE.
