He also took the time to send me a hand written card in the mail afterwards. I highly recommend their office!

He’s presented me with options, and I believe he wants what’s best for ME & my situation. He’s also squeezed me into a tight schedule and performed an emergency procedure so I could get cleared for a surgery for something else I had going on. Panda Kat: I went in there Friday to go get my wisdom teeth removed. My dentist was Dr Long. He was patient with me and answered any questions I had. He also explained step by step the process that was going to happen. Unfortunately he could not put me to sleep due to my small veins, so I had to do shots instead. However he and his crew kept me at ease the whole time. They let me stop if I was getting to be in too much pain. Plus they altered the billing for me if there were procedures I couldnt do, So I wasnt getting charged for anything I shouldnt.
