Elizabeth Ladan I’ve been seeing Valbona for over two years now. She always dose a great job and everyone that works there is always friendly. It’s a great place and it is affordable and not overpriced like some other salons.

De La Vie Day Spa They are really the best. All of them. Valbona is above and beyond when it comes to hair. She always have great help from team: Anka, Desa and Row. Most important they are very good people.

Ana Cholico I am so grateful to have found this nail salon. They were able to schedule me and my friend on a Friday at 4pm for manicures. The staff is friendly and the salon is so cute! It is also very clean. I got a gel set and absolutely love it! The nail shape is perfect and I have received so many compliments on my nails. I will be back for sure! If you haven’t checked it out yet don’t hesitate.

Nina Pang Ann’s beauty salon was very clean and comfortable. I had my facial done and a nice massage, and Ann helped me with the lashes. Great services and great pricing! Definitely recommend!

Chavon Hussey This family-run business is top-tier. The professionalism and quality are second to none! They treat you like a queen, offering refreshments and compliments during your visit. I’ve been coming to Yehia’s for over 17+ years, and my mother has been coming for even longer. We’ve developed great relationships with the hairstylist and trust them to always deliver! I’ve changed my hair quite a bit— from highlights to bleach and an entirely new color. Whether it’s a style for a major event, a cut, a root touch-up, or just an everyday blow-dry, I recommend Yehia’s.

I got my Keratin treatment a few weeks ago and dyed my hair. Both appointments I had with Adam who is very kind and most importantly very professional with his work. I’m very happy with the final result. I was taken care of and everything was explained to me. I had keratin treatment in the past and this one came out so well! Since then, I’ve been going to her for monthly haircuts and the occasional “soft” perm. My first perm was with her and I could not have been more satisfied with the result. Esther is an attentive listener and gave me all that I was looking for in a perm. She is highly skilled in her craft and so I have been recommending her to all my friends and family—who are also very happy with the haircuts and perms she has given them.

Lex Charo Hidden gem!! Id like to share Nino is the best in the area for a fade, line up, trim, beard, anything you need or feel free to gamble accross the street at Bettys. Ive been loyal to him and followed him for 15 years. Hes Humble, loyal, and always listens to what you need and has you looking fresh and out the door in no time!! Highly reccomended, and master of his craft!

Mari I never write reviews but please dont go here. Atleast not if you are getting a trim with the lady who works as the receptionist too. I got a trim and eyebrows done. Yesterday they charged me 30 dollars. The lady said it was 15 for the trim plus more for trimming my bangs because it is a different service. I tried making sense of it since she was saying 15 for the trim and 10 for the eyebrows which should be a total of 25 bucks if anything but she just kept saying 30 dollars. She mostly speaks spanish and I do too so i know there was no language barrier. Its obvious I got scammed and this is why they are going out business.

The salons vibe is laid-back but professional, and the prices are super reasonable. I paid around $80 for a cut and color, which is a steal for the quality. Definitely found my new go-to spot!​

Eric R This blond lady with curly hair was giving me a haircut I wanted 0.5 off the sides and she gave me 1.0 then I noticed so she fixed it. When she was cutting around my ears she almost cut me.Then when she was cutting the top she didn’t even wet my hair. At the end she didn’t even blow my hair with the blow dryer so there was cut hair on my head and face.I am never coming back here ever again.If I could rate zero stars I would

David Sosa I drove 2 hours from Wisconsin just ot come to this salon based on the great reviews, and I honestly say it was 100% worth it. Ill definitely be coming back again whenever I can. This was my first haircut in 7-8 years, and with my hair being so long, I was nervous to make such a big change but I have a special event coming up and Erica absolutely nailed it! She was incredibly patient, kind, and fully understood the vision I had in mind and brought it to life even better than I imagined. A miracle worker. On top of that, I had my eyebrows done by Lucky and he was just as amazing. He was very gently and precise, Normally I brace myself for discomfort but this time it was quick and the most pain free Ive ever had. I advise anyone from the state of Wisconsin to come down for a great experience. Thank you so much!!

Dee A Jacinta transformed my hair in the worst way possible. Initially, my hair was at its healthiest and thick. Well, this lady heat-DESTROYED it. Ever since I left Jacinta’s chair, my entire head does not revert to curly whatsoever when wet. It’s completely straight and limp all over. Not only that, but it is now very brittle and easily breaks off. She totally fried my hair. She even started recording me without my permission! I told her I do not want to be recorded and she became VERY nasty and defensive. Jacinta also used way too much force with the flat iron, practically throwing it at my scalp with each pass. Ouch! Just zero care overall. SHE SUCKS! 0/10, would never recommend!!! Jacinta didn’t even STYLE my hair either, just straightened it, so it looked flat and lifeless. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN WHEN I SAW HER HAIR…

ann Grill I enjoy getting my hair styled by Karin Perry because of her professional work ethic. Karin is always on time, sends helpful reminders and is an artist at her craft. The salon is always clean and the staff very welcoming . Karin is a smart , warm and upbeat person, a pleasure to spend time with.

BERNARD The salon and all the stylists are awesome. Friendly, really wonderful team.....however the man "guarding" the front desk is another story. My fiancé and I have both had separate incidences, and he is not a good representation of what the salon has to offer, specifically, in terms of providing a warm and welcoming environment for all. He, his ego, and inappropriate comments and behavior should be addressed by the owners and removed.

The salon is so nice and clean and the owner will have you in and out while still being so thorough with your hair. Mialuna First of all, I love the services that Jamie offers. She knows how to do almost anything. Jamie and the barber are very kind to new customers. They allow walk-ins, which is really sweet, considering most barber shops need appointments. The cost wasnt that much!! I love the pricing, it is very reasonable and for such good quality work too. I would recommend the whole world to come here if I could. I am definitely coming back in the future. Jamie is absolutely the best!

Carmen Zapata Updated 12/23: booked a facial. It was so relaxing and Jamie was able to really help my skin shine. Definitely recommend booking if you’re interested in a facial. My skin is so moisturized and bright. JAMIE IS THE BEST!!!!! Read all the reviews but I was not expecting the results I got. Needless to say, I’m impressed. Never been happier with my eyebrows before and I’m so glad I stopped by today. I’m never leaving Jamie - she’s really the best in Chicago!

Carmen Perez I would recommend Tania over and over again, she is amazing! I have two daughters that are mixed. Tania conducted a Dominican blowout on them and it was beautiful. Also the fact that after 3 weeks of it being done it looked like it was the first day. Then once we decided to go back to their curls, their hair was healthier than ever, and their curls came back beautifully. No damage, just beautifulness. Book your appt with Tania you wont regret it! And everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The vibe is amazing! Quality of work amazing! And you get what you want and more. We love you Tania!

Rosa Torres 0 stars really. Felt rushed to make quick money didnt style my hair and was talking to her husband while I was sitting in the chair. I was a walk in , you should have told me to make an appointment. Instead I walked out with a botched hair cut. I would never go back to that place. Your salon needs a remodel as well.

I have mixed ethnic hair and its super long and thick and the ladies at Reemo did a wonderful job and Im so happy with the result. The facilities and equipment were all clean and up to date and the service was so friendly! I will definitely be coming back!

Beyond the Journey I got henna brows done here and they came out great! I loved the shape and she was totally right about the shade for my skin tone. I will definitely be back once this fades.

Sirin Altaher Possibly the only place that has perfected my eyebrows in all of Chicago. For the past few years, Ive avoided getting my eyebrows done at a salon after having a couple of bad experiences. However, everything has changed since my friend recommended this place. Now I always look forward to getting them done each month. Safura always does an amazing job with my eyebrows. Shes also very sweet and welcoming.
