Jodi McCoy My family and I have been patients for several years. Dr. Ron and Dr. Mary are both very kind and patient with us. I had a serious fear of the dentist after having a horrible experience with another dentist. The staff of Dr. Ron and Dr. Mary were very understanding and eased all fears I had. I have been a regular customer since then. They are gentle, kind and caring about the needs of others. I highly recommend them!

Kirk Cearlock Dr. Ron and Dr. Mary have been my dentists since the former doctor retired. I have gotten to know these two doctors very well over the years. I remember having a root canal done, 1 of many by Dr. Mary, and to get a personal phone call after the procedure to check how I was doing meant allot. Dr. Ron and Dr. Mary are great doctors who continue to learn and use the most newest technologys in dental care. They are also very generous to the community by hosting a free dental exam day for children who dont have dental care. They support there local community also. They also served in our military which gets my vote, because I am also a veteran. They offer a warm and friendly atmosphere every time that I have an appointment. So if your looking for a dentist that really cares about your dental health, then go to them.

Misti Durbin When I tell you that this place and these people are the most amazing in the industry, Im so serious. As a business owner, Im probably more picky than anyone ... This place deserves 10 stars ! I have been a victim of dental anxiety for over 25 years, when I tell you that they do anything and everything to help you, I mean that. . I found them by initially creating a post on Facebook asking for good dentistry, and this was the winner. I totally understand why! Honestly, Dr Mary Cole herself is so so warm and understanding, Casey is phenomenal and Reba AND Dawn at the desk are so friendly, no matter how busy I know they all are ! They went out of their way to always make sure I felt comfortable. Please support all of these amazing ladies, their hard work and if youre scared of the dentist .. you wont be here !! Such a great place . 10 stars.

Timothy Markwell Dr. Cole has taken care of me for nearly 20 years. He has and continues to also provide care for several of my loved ones He has been nothing but kind, professional, and skillful in his practice. I cannot recommend him enough for a patient of any age.

Amy Chiligiris Drs. Ron and Mary Cole have taken care of me and my grown children for two decades. They are gentle, precise and skilled. Their equipment is state-of-the art and helps make things as comfortable as possible. Much of their outstanding team has been on staff since my previous dentist practiced in the office.

Llcia My biggest complaint is my filling falling out in less than 2 months. Ive had the same fillings in other teeth for 25 years. The dentist talked about his 20 years of experience. The way he talked to the staff reminded me of a couple that was trying to downplay their public argument. He had that "youre lucky we have company" tone to his voice. The dentist talked about how he didnt have the correct spacer or some other tool, but he was going to do the procedure anyway. The rating system is obviously broken. Ron has more incentive to claim this is a false review. Its not. I can show they were paid to work on my teeth, by the Veterans Administration. I dont think theres any excuse for a failed filling in such a routine situation. Thats like getting new tires and having cupped treads because they improperly balanced the wheel. It will bring the customer back for billable repairs. Worry about the work you do before you do it, not after. Have your tools prepared. Get rest and dont come into work sick. Dont try to blame me for the filling coming out.

LMA Productions Dr Cole has been our family dentist for 27 years. He and his staff were great with our kids, and made all our appointments very pleasant. They are friendly and helpful. We are so fortunate to have the high quality dental care that they offer.

Jamie Parrish Absolutely amazing with my special needs child. Not just the hygienists but the dentist and his wife, as well. They accommodate her and make it so easy for her. My husband and I use them, as well and are very happy.

Elizabeth Reed Do NOT trust this man. He and his staff lied to me multiple times about billing my insurance one way then turned around and stuck me with a $389 bill. Then after I reached out to him begging him to help he acted so sorry but claimed we could take our time paying it and even said we could wait to pay with our stimulus checks whenever we got them. I told him it would be several months before we could make payments. Fast forward 2 months and he turned me into a collection agency after adding an EXTRA $200 to pad his pockets. So now I have a $589 bill and when I offered the collection company $400 to settle (which is my whole paycheck for two weeks) they declined it and said Dr. Cole refused to settle for less than $589. He is unethical, cold hearted and a crook.

Dana Rd Dr. Long is kind and patient. He answers any and all questions and makes the patient feel comfortable and at ease. He has such a calm demeanor . Surgery is no fun, but Dr Long and this office helps make it as painless as possible. Entire staff was kind and helpful!

Hamm Thelma (Sable7) Ive been going to Dr. Hastings for about 10-11 years. The staff is nice, easy to work with, & flexible. Dr Hastings comes to see you at every cleaning appointment & checks your teeth afterward. Hes a great guy, always in a good mood, & usually has a joke or funny story, or tells you some facts about something, & its super interesting! I really love this dental office, and I dont see myself going anywhere else! 5 stars all the way!

Leauxg Ive recently moved a few times and couldnt find a dentist I trusted until a friend recommended Dr Hastings. Without getting too wordy-- this guy knows his stuff! His staff was so friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. When I left my first appointment, I felt like I had been going there for years. They were detail oriented and took their time to make sure everything was understood and done right. (Other dentists Ive experienced seemed rushed to get the next body ($$) in the chair.) If you do end up going here, know his office is in the back of the building. The parking lot to his office is actually on Hay St. It confused me the first time!

Stacy Hughes Dr. Chad is VERY nice. If you have to get novocain injections, he does it the best Ive EVER had. He doesnt STAB you. Its more like a small prick. He is very gentle. He has kind ways. Good guy! Thats the good....the bad...is that they are a little pricey.

Tiffany Engstrom I found this place horrible. I spent a k on dentures that were horrible. First they were so small. Second time they were gigantic. They felt horrible. Stretched out my entire face. I gave them my old set to go by. The dentist was condescending and rude. After I spent a Grande I went to another dentist to replace the tooth. Now they sit in a bag. Even if the teeth looked good, the pain was horrible. I give 1 star because the staff were amazing. Outside of that, I want a refund.
