Jane Doe I got a fantastic hair cut from Mary Lynn! She was very nice and was able to replicate the hair cut I wanted from a photograph. Although it was Veterans Day, and there were many veterans waiting for a haircut, Mary Lynn never seemed phased. She took her time and gave me exactly what I was expecting. I would highly recommend getting a haircut from Great Clips and Mary Lynn. Shes worth the wait!

Deadlocked 8616 First time walking into this place to get a simple haircut. I waited 30 minutes and it was about to be my turn to go up but some other guy barely walks into the store and they choose him. Never coming back to this store.

Jon M. Quick and professional. I am rather simple when it comes to hair. Many places like to cut it short and move on however, the stylists here always try to go a step further. They are very polite. Consider online check-in as lines can form quickly.

Diabolique Benton Im very unsatisfied with my hair cut. Way too much length was taken off when I did not want that much length to be taken off and did not want it that short. I requested it be thinned out some and it was way too thinned out. I asked could I still put it in a pony tail and it does not go into a pony tail without it looking ridiculous and falling out from it being too thinned out and too much length taken off. I still gave a $5 tip and paid the amount and went on about my day but now Im walking around feeling ugly and ashamed and embarrassed

Chase 9210 Jamie She does a great job and is extremely consistent with adult and kids cuts. Booking appointments is quick and they send reminder texts for your appointment. Fair price, great haircuts, good customer service. Would highly recommend!

Missy F Michelle does an amazing job at Master Cuts... I totally recommend her for her patience and ability to deal with kids and an indecisive adult woman about her hair. She has always taken care of my 3 girls and myself. One of which has Autism and to cut her hair can be tiresome at times.

Grace Congdon Susan was able to get me in at the last minute, which I really appreciate! I was in and out quickly, about 30 minutes, and thats with her taking the time to wash my hair as well. I needed my split ends trimmed desperately and she did a fabulous job! Felt 10x more confident walking out of there than I did going in. I will definitely book an appointment next time, but I will be back!

Emily Hugenberg I and 3 of the girls in my wedding party got our hair done here and loved it! All the updos were beautiful - especially mine with Jenny!! The only problem was it was a little hard to get a hold of them to set up appointments. I understand you might not answer the phone if youre with a client, but it took several days to return phone calls and one time I had to call back after 5 days for my trial appointment. My mom had this issue with trying to get a hold of them as well. But once we got our appointments set up, everything was wonderful!

mykah Krakowiecki I went to this studio for a wedding and ended up paying 100 dollars for acrylic nails and a pedicure. After 4 days the acrylic nails began to come off at the root of my nail. I live 5 hours away and When I contacted them I was told I could not get a partial refund to have them fixed because She was not aware of this happening previously. I am very upset I spent my money at this business.

Amy makes sure she gets your hair color and style just how you want it! Absolutely love the color and cut she did it is exactly how I wanted and pictured it!

Sierra also fully respects consent, privacy, and boundaries. She also is fantastic to talk to throughout the appointment and she also respects if you prefer a silent appointment! :)

Cecelia Filliman I needed a facial and my brows done expeditiously while I was in town, Sierra was the answer to my prayers! I opted for the signature Cloud facial. It was relaxing, I felt the stress&tension melting away from my face and my skin was so soft and glowing after. I came back the next day to have Sierra thread my brows. She did a beautiful job and I’m so so happy. I wish I lived closer to benefit from her services more regularly.

Sarah Nickerson I was very satisfied and impressed by Heather’s service. It was my very first time at her salon and I’ve been looking for someone who gives me what I want for a good price! I needed a haircut and couldn’t find any place without an appointment. They don’t take walk ins usually but Heather was gracious to squeeze me in with a little time she had before her other appointments. I showed her what I wanted done and she gave me exactly that! Because of a short notice she still did an excellent job and it didn’t feel like she was rushing it either. I got a hair wash, with haircut, and a blow dry all for $41 which I believe is a very affordable and reasonable package deal!! Because other salon’s I’ve seen charge over $50 for all that! Go give this salon a try! I will definitely be going back!

Laura Arnold LOVE this place! I met Heather when I photographed her wedding. She was so organized to work with and the time and attention she spent on her Grandmas hair, on her own wedding day, caught my attention. This girl takes pride in her work and it shows. I had never colored my brunette hair and wanted natural looking highlights that would be low maintenance. Not only did I get the highlights (see pictures), but they grew out beautifully. Its been eight months and its turned into an Ombre, with the root of the highlights coming from underneath. Her prices are a bit above the market average, but so it her work. Once you see the results youll gladly pay it and then some. Once I sat in her chair and saw the time and attention she spent, I was surprised she didnt charge more. I just booked another appointment for Esthetician skin services and eyebrow tint. I cant wait. Hints: book ahead, because I had to wait weeks + both times. Rebook at the time of service so youre on the books for the future. Also, bring money for extras. She does research and will only carry certain chemical-free beauty products so plan on spending some extra on makeup or hair-care products. The mascara I purchased was amAzing and void some nasty chemicals standard in the beauty industry today. Her shop is so cute. The love and attention put into her business is apparent everywhere and her investment in her own trade and quality of products offered is impressive.

deby holtschlag Wow! The wonders Heather did on my sun damaged "orange" hair. Meeting her and Katie was the only thing better than what I looked like walking out the door. So great for the spirit and heart. Completely in competent hands!

She did win the best hairdressers category this year. I strongly recommend making an appointment with Leanne for any of your hair needs. You will not be disappointed!
