Cynthia Newman If I could give this office zero stars i definitely would. I took my family here for two cleanings and gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time. My mistake. The quality of the cleanliness of the office is pure nasty. Prophy paste is seen all over the chairs. The soap dispenser where the Dr. and assistants are to clean their hands before procedure look like they are growing mold. Not only is the cleanliness of the office horrible, the assistants are not educated when answering basic questions or sit on their phones right in front of you! When Dr. Cho came in for the exam he didn’t remove the tarter from my child’s teeth fully. He walked off mid conversation and left me asking the assistant who wasn’t even in room for exam questions. My second time to office, assistants Joy and Ashley were both polite and took their time with my children. If this is your last resort of a place to go I would only request one of these two assistants to help with your visit. Not to mention if you just sit back and observe you will see the assistants smoking on the side of the building, texting, FaceTiming, talking about other staff members loudly, hanging out in the parking lot, etc.

Christina Bergloff My 5 year old has been to another dentist we started going as soon as her first teeth popped up. The last visit there was traumatizing, so we found a new dentist. Today was the first visit at All family dental and it was wonderful. We got in and out pretty quickly. The assistants took their time and explained each step, first successful x-rays! We tried the x-rays many times before at the previous dentist but it wasnt successful. The dentist was very good today as well. When we got in the car to leave my child said she liked it there and it was kind of fun. I appreciate the wonderful care here. Thank you everyone for making this a positive experience for my girl.

Lemeenah Jackson I would not recommend this place for your dental needs. I was scheduled to have my wisdom tooth pulled and because of how it grew in I was approved to be sedated(unconscious). I arrived at the facility and they were about to start a IV but noticed my nails were done so they wouldnt do the procedure so I rescheduled. Two months later I go back in for the procedure thinking I would be fully unconscious. It was totally different this time. The lady came to me with a paper to read about conscious sedation which she said I would know whats going on but not feel pain in my mouth and if I do theyll give me more numbing. So, Im like ok just wanted the tooth out. So this time they start me with a pill to relax me and was suppose to wait a hour but didnt. Then put some kind of mask on me which was still weak. Then shoot me up in my mouth. I never saw who worked on my mouth because they put a mask over my eyes so I couldnt see. I was saying ouch and moving in chair cause I could feel it all. He just kept on going. When she took mask off my face I had tears in my eyes and had to ask her to wipe them. The Dr that did the extraction sat behind me and said "that wasnt so bad" I replied and said "Huh" as to say oh yes it was. He just left out the room. I never saw his face. So, they give my husband my prescription and wheel me to car. This was the most terrifying experience I have had. I have had conscious sedation before and this was nothing like it, I think they rushed it and didnt let the numbing take effect before starting the procedure. I would not ever Recommend them.

JoAnna Stevens Dr.Bierman was the BEST. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor to help me through this surgery. Him and the staff are all amazing. Answered any question I had including while I was not there. I’d recommend him and SBLH to anyone. I feel like they all really cared about my recovery and made sure I was being well taken care of if I was in pain. Thank you all so much!

Joy Seldomridge I have been to hospital and ER for various issues. The staff, Drs, nurses have been professional, caring, and understanding. Other than ER, the wait time for seeing Drs, or procedures have been minimal. The ER scheduled xray while waiting to get into a room. Once done, was able to be comfortable as they evaluated and then confirmed a fracture. I have had surgery, appts, and have never had a problem. Appts are sometimes hard to get, if seeing a specialist. My audiologist appt is now in June in Effingham, this is April. It would of been much later in Mattoon. Getting appts may be the only issue. We are lucky to have Sarah Bush Healthcare.

Starla Moon Dr. Amy Leifheit is an incredible woman and doctor. In fact, the labor and delivery staff are all amazing. Ive given birth here 3 times and was very well taken care of. They not only care about babies but also the mothers, which is just as important. Amy doesnt know how much she impacted our life but she really had a way of breaking things down for me, was very empathetic and supportive during our stay with my 3rd baby who was born a bit early. I was in such a raw and vulnerable state and the way she spoke to me really helped ground me. Some of the nurses were super sweet and told me stories of having early babies that made me feel a lot less alone and empowered. I cant recommend the L&D department enough. Its a great place to have a baby.

Jessica Faily Very sweet people and awesome dentist! Appointments are quick and Ive never had to wait long. Easy to book appointments and the text reminders are helpful to never miss an appointment. Highly recommend!!!

Kathy Neal I love 4 lakes dental, Ive been going here for over 10 years. The staff is always happy and cheerful, they are very knowledgeable as well. I always leave having had as good as a time as you can have with a cleaning. I have referred this office to several friends and family. They have always had great experiences as well. I used to be terrified of visits to the dentist, I actually look forward to my future visits. Thank you Dr. Seifi for making my cleanings and visits so painless and comfortable.

Tam Carie I did not have to wait long which is a plus since I was not feeling well. My nurse was good, attentive and efficient. Becky is the best! We went through everything! She took her time, explained parts of my diabetes that I needed to understand. She offered choices for me with my meds and together we made the best decision for me. She is very attentive to me and my needs and I never feel rushed with her.

Tracey Tonn Staff is friendly and does a great job! We absolutely love Becky McGinnis…she has been taking care of us for awhile now. Don’t know what we would do without Becky, Hank, Emily, Dr Bloemer and the entire staff! Top notch & highly recommend them!

sandy rice This is a great place to come for your dentistry needs. All the staff are very pleasant and so is Dr Chen. He has always done a great job repairing my teeth and I have felt hardly any pain. He is responsive to any questions and is pleasant in answering them. I highly recommend!

Jeff Rushing I’ve been a patient of Dr Chen now for several years . He’s is very caring and professional with everything that my teeth have needed. Always asking if I’m ok and answers all my questions. I’m 54 and my teeth were very shifted. I ask him if he would be able to fix them. He had my teeth fitted for a serious of trays for your teeth. You insert a new set every 2 weeks and last about 6 months . It’s basically pain free . My teeth are straight again thanks to Dr Chen and his wonderful staff.I also had a gap like Madonna in my front teeth . He fixed that as well and you can’t tell it was ever there. It looks amazing. I’m working on the whitening procedure next. My teeth has never looked so good. Thank you Dr Chen and staff for everything you all have done for me and my family.

Martha Stiehl Dr Chen explains everything as he proceeds, so you’re never left alone worrying about his future steps of the procedure. He is also very aware of patient discomfort and is sensitive to alleviating it.

Bonnie Leitch Dr. Fisher is excellent. She explains everything and is very thorough. I am extremely nervous in the dentist office but she made me feel comfortable.

Cynthia Titus Dr. Fischer was wonderful. Gentle and kind throughout the filling procedure. Sydney was great, also, with stories to keep me smiling! I would highly recommend this dental office to young and older patients alike.

Rodney Yoswig First impressions were great. Facility is new and gives a relaxing sense as you walk in. Jenny greats you providing a warm welcome. I had interactions with 4 staff members who were all fantastic. Great overall experience.

Bryan Scroggins I have a 1 year old son and a 4 year old daughter. My sons appointment was at 8:15 and my daughters was at 8:30. I was running late and missed my sons appointment but made it in time for my daughter BUT they decided with out even giving me the option to only see my son. My son didnt even need to be seen because he was just in a week prior but I REALLY needed to get my daughters shots for kindergarten. Its not even just this, every time my kids are sick we cant get an appointment and have to take them to urgent care. Really starting to hate these people and might switch.

Allie M Nice staff but I had three fillings here and none of them were filled correctly. Two of them, are still extremely sensitive to everything I eat and drink. The other tooth they filled, I cant eat on that side of my mouth because it hurts to put any pressure on that tooth. They attempted to fix them but still, my teeth are extremely sensitive to the point where I cry. Im only giving it two stars because of the nice staff, and being pretty prompt. Finding a new dentist. Dont recommend.

Monique Atsas Meh experience. Initially Went for dentures, paid in full, with a 2 month wait. I nearly choked to death during the impression made, as she was having me emote like a Fortnite character, then they broke my denture in half, so now my denture resembles sugar skull candy teeth, I told her I wasn’t happy with the results of them not being straight and aligned, but she patronized me. Not worth the money in which I paid, yet it’s better than no teeth at all.

I also take my son (7) here and theyre great with him, though he doesnt always return the courtesy. Theyve never complained, though, and treat us both amazingly. Highly recommend!

Jarod Markwell I highly recommend someone else. They make you pay for an estimate that isnt even close and then they bill insurance and send you another bill which is extra work instead of just billing you once after they get back what insurance doesnt cover like any other health/dental provider in the world. I asked them can you just bill me after they know what the insurance didnt cover so I dont get billed multiple times for the same service and they refused. I told them that was fine if they want to do it that way but I didnt like that billing style at all. I paid them what my insurance didnt cover and chose a different dentist. I didnt like their attitude or behavior or facility either. Very dark, gloomy and depressing

Crystal Richardson Absolutely wonderful care! Dr Taylor saw our son with severe disabilities in the office and determined he needed anesthesia for dental care. Dr Goldman performed the treatment at the Sarah Bush Surgery Center. They were kind, caring, compassionate and extremely accommodating of his special needs. Great people who care about patients and families!

Breanna Amoussou This place a a straight joke..1st off Cody Gass or whatever his name is worthless for 2 reasons My oldest daughter had her tooth pulled and he didnt numb her correctly so now she fears dental visits THANKS PRICK...and my youngest daughter because job wasnt done correctly or me being informed her teeth isnt the best now my 10 yr old have to have sealant on her teeth YUP THANK YOU AGAIN PRICK..and the dentist I have them at now said that her teeth should of been talked about 1st visit..which it was not..

A toothache brought me to the office of Dr. Greg Yount more than 10 years ago, and I will be forever glad for that encounter. He has taken excellent care of my teeth and my familys teeth ever since, and he does an amazing job. For Dr. Yount, dentistry is a combination of art and science. His approach to dentistry is conservative. He doesnt do (or charge for) unnecessary work, and his technique is flawless. Some might say hes a tad bit eccentric, but most brilliant people are, and I like that about him. His assistant Lacey is the absolute best. Make no mistake - Dr. Yount is excellent, but that excellence is due in no small part to Lacey. It is a joy to observe how well they work together.
