Pam Quinn: I am a fairly new patient at Grand Dental and I cant say enough good things about my experiences with them. Everyone is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable at my visits. I feel that they truly care about me and am getting top-notch, professional care. I recently saw Dr. Nickas. He was willing to see me with short notice. Dr. Nikas is very personable and made me feel very comfortable. He is also professional and did a thorough examination of my teeth and gums. Im happy to have found Grand Dental and highly recommend them!
Jacqueline Wilk: I absolutely love going to Collins Dental. My husband, son and his family go there as well. We are very pleased on all levels with their care and service. I actually transferred from a Dentist I was seeing for 30 years and she retired and was worried about going to another dentist but rest assured Collins Dental from the receptionist to the dentist is amazing. My hygienist is without a doubt awesome. So glad my transfer went smoothly and better than I expected.
Chloe G: Super unprofessional front desk. They do not know how to book appointments properly, then will blame you. I’ve had multiple issues now where I had appointments scheduled at a specific time, I show up and they go “we had you down for a different time” when I even called back the day I made the appointment to make sure it was the correct time. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt but it continued to happen. They will also book your appointment for something completely different than what you initially booked for, and then again, make it YOUR problem. I’ve also had issues where they didn’t properly charge my insurance and it was of course the front desks mistake! I absolutely LOVED Dr. Tiffany so it’s really a shame that their front desk staff has completely ruined my experience there. They need to either re train, or rehire all new front desk workers. Unless you want to leave with a headache, go elsewhere.
Miscellaneous Muzik: Always a pleasant experience, when visiting Dr. Sullivan. Everyone from the hygentist to the dentist herself, do a wonderful job. I found the front desk staff, lead by Shelly, to be very professional and patient oriented. I never, never ever had a problem in rescheduling appointments and because of my job, I reschedule more than normal. Dr. Sullivan and company truly understood all of my treatment options and consistently delivered excellent results!
Ammie McCoy: HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Absolutely stunning office! Warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere. Office staff goes above and beyond to help patients and their families feel at home. Heather and Dr. B were excellent with helping my daughter start her journey with braces. Heather was amazing and walked us through the process and provided us with so much information to help us! They handed out cookies to celebrate Mothers day along with a chance to win an amazing raffle prize. Office staff Hillary made us feel so welcomed and even gave this momma a sticker! Love this office and staff!! So glad we chose them!!
Jessica Burke: Had another amazing experience with Dr. Sharma and her assistant Gabby! They are both so great with my daughter. They explain everything to you and your child and show them all the utensils to get them comfortable before they do anything. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars. I definitely recommend this duo!
Kristina Kloska: I am new to the area and had my first dental cleaning today with DeKalb Dental. My hygienist, Sarah, was absolutely amazing and very personable, gentle, and had a great bedside manner explaining everything she was going to do. They have very up to date technology such as x-rays and mouth scans. No more molds to make invisalign or retainers! My visit was painless, and as someone who has anxiety at the dentist, I left feeling calm.
