1 /5 Chloe G: Super unprofessional front desk. They do not know how to book appointments properly, then will blame you. I’ve had multiple issues now where I had appointments scheduled at a specific time, I show up and they go “we had you down for a different time” when I even called back the day I made the appointment to make sure it was the correct time. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt but it continued to happen. They will also book your appointment for something completely different than what you initially booked for, and then again, make it YOUR problem. I’ve also had issues where they didn’t properly charge my insurance and it was of course the front desks mistake! I absolutely LOVED Dr. Tiffany so it’s really a shame that their front desk staff has completely ruined my experience there. They need to either re train, or rehire all new front desk workers. Unless you want to leave with a headache, go elsewhere.

5 /5 Kath C: Dr. Williams and Kim always provide professional, compassionate, and excellent care. Megan is always friendly and helpful. Kristen is caring while being right on top of everything every step of the way. They listen to concerns and do everything above and beyond to make sure the patient is well cared for.

1 /5 Jack High: I dont even know where to start. They pulled my sons tooth, which I did authorize but I wasnt told that it would be over $600 and insurance wouldnt cover it. I called to move an appointment, and stuff must have really changed from when I was a kid because this place requires 48 hours notice instead of 24. So whatever, I ate the fee and rescheduled. I asked for the earliest date they had a 3:30 available because I live 30 minutes away and I need a specific time in order to make it work. So they put me down for 7:20 PM. Now I try to call and reschedule, making sure Im within the 48 hours and theyre CLOSED on Saturdays (but somehow open til 8pm on my scheduled day) but they also close at 4:30 on Friday and I get off work at 5 so I couldnt have called last night either. What a joke, will eat the second fee and take my business elsewhere.

5 /5 Megan Thompson: I had a fantastic experience here. I needed a lot of dental work and no one ever made me feel embarrassed about it. The office is so clean and welcoming. They also went over billing information and what the cost would look like before starting any work. Love my new dentist!

5 /5 Diane DeMers: My family and I have been going to Prairie View Dental since it began. We have only had good experiences. Today I had a filling done on a front tooth that got chipped and slightly fractured from a fall. Dr. Williams and her assistant, Kristin, smoothed out the chip and filled the tooth, eliminating the fracture, and the tooth shape feels normal and comfortable. Thank you for your good work, PVD!
