Pam Quinn I am a fairly new patient at Grand Dental and I cant say enough good things about my experiences with them. Everyone is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable at my visits. I feel that they truly care about me and am getting top-notch, professional care. I recently saw Dr. Nickas. He was willing to see me with short notice. Dr. Nikas is very personable and made me feel very comfortable. He is also professional and did a thorough examination of my teeth and gums. Im happy to have found Grand Dental and highly recommend them!

Extra shout out to Veronica for being so genuinely caring about my dental health and going the extra mile to get me in for a deep cleaning even when her schedule was booked out! The admin staff is also extremely kind and took extra time to go through all of the treatment plans with me without rushing or getting annoyed with my many questions! Love this location and would highly recommend!

Josie Lobrillo All of the hygienists here are very knowledgeable, I feel like I leave more informed every time! I’ve had a couple cleanings done here as well as a composite bonding procedure for a chipped tooth. They were very efficient in repairing my chipped tooth. The color match is perfect, you can’t even tell which means a lot to me as it was a front tooth and I was pretty upset. Got me in within a few days and the procedure took less than an hour. The Dr who did it was fantastic with the numbing, I barely felt the injection which is INCREDIBLE work. The only qualm I have is the shape of the tooth is slightly off from my original tooth, but I can’t complain too much as it’s clearly well done. When I first started coming here I hadn’t had a proper dental cleaning in 2 years. I was told my gums were receding and had to get a pretty intense cleaning to fix it. The hygienist who did it was pretty gentle considering they cleaned underneath my gums, and the difference was substantial I could see and feel it within a few days. I had a cleaning a few days ago with somebody different and although she was very very thorough and it was all around great, I feel like she could’ve been a bit less aggressive considering my history of gum sensitivity. There were globs of blood, which was first for me. I wouldn’t have minded some topical numbing agent, she did acknowledge how irritated my gums were during the cleaning and called it “discomfort.” I’d say it was a lot more than discomfort, but what do I know I’m no professional. Overall these people are extremely thorough and I’d say my teeth have significantly improved under their care. Up to you if you’re prepared to handle the downsides of that or not!

Kristina Kloska I am new to the area and had my first dental cleaning today with DeKalb Dental. My hygienist, Sarah, was absolutely amazing and very personable, gentle, and had a great bedside manner explaining everything she was going to do. They have very up to date technology such as x-rays and mouth scans. No more molds to make invisalign or retainers! My visit was painless, and as someone who has anxiety at the dentist, I left feeling calm.

Teagan Sailor I have been to a few dentists throughout my life and this place is definitely the best I’ve been to. I have never had anything less than amazing encounters with all of the staff. The ladies who work the front desk, the dental hygienists, and the main/head dentist are so nice and hospitable, I have always had great experiences at my appointments the past 4 or 5 years I have been going here. I love this place and recommend it to anyone, especially those who have anxiety about going to the dentist!

Margo Have been going here my whole life and have always loved them. Great customer service and the techs always are super helpful and answer all my questions. I’ve been in and out of braces for half of my life (now 24) and had double corrective jaw surgery in 2019 and they have been there to support me through it all. They are always very gentle with my braces and my nerve sensitivity due to nerve damage from my surgery. I highly recommend this place to anyone! They truly care about their patients and want the best!

Melinda Butz My 2nd time going here for routine cleaning. Everyone was very nice, but this last time it felt like they were always trying to sell me something. Also, did not give me an option for fluoride treatment, just did it. Not covered by insurance. Only a $30 charge, but still should have been given the option, or at least made aware it wasn’t covered

I actually transferred from a Dentist I was seeing for 30 years and she retired and was worried about going to another dentist but rest assured Collins Dental from the receptionist to the dentist is amazing. My hygienist is without a doubt awesome. So glad my transfer went smoothly and better than I expected.

Rob Bright Just want to say I was very impressed by the level of service by Emily during my cleaning. She was very thorough and I left there feeling like I could go another 6 mos before another cleaning unlike some other dentists where I didnt feel like I got a good cleaning done. If you want a good thorough cleaning on your teeth this is the place to go. They take their time a do a great job.

Jessica Burke Had another amazing experience with Dr. Sharma and her assistant Gabby! They are both so great with my daughter. They explain everything to you and your child and show them all the utensils to get them comfortable before they do anything. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars. I definitely recommend this duo!

Kimberly Hoffman My husband and I both had appointments for the first time. We were met with a friendly staff and both providers that my husband and I seen were phenomenal. It was a great first experience and sometimes dentist doesnt leave that impression. If youre wanting a professional staff thats friendly and welcoming and it will take care of your dental needs the right way then I suggest you book your appointment as soon as possible because thats what youre going to get here at dental field it was worth the hour and a half drive!

H Yeargin I am always afraid at the dentist very afraid like Shaggy and Scooby afraid but I cracked something and went to see Gaby at dental fields. She worked closely with the dentist to make me comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced at her job, her personality was really nice as well. She kept me comfortable and safe the whole way through. So if youre maybe not as brave as Fred but you want a Daphne smile go see Gaby

Love Imari Honestly, 5 stars. My first visit I got a consultation with Dr Yunus and Maruelous. They made me feel super calm and were super professional. They let me see my cavities and let me know I needed my wisdom teeth out... I hate the dentist tbh. But they were so cool and everything was so clean. Dr Yunos was super attentive during my cavity fillings. Wore my headphones tho he made sure to use hand gestures whenever they were beginning something new, lots of patience and care. Following to last week, got my wisdom teeth removed and they were extremely detailed in the care portion of the extraction both before and after. The dentist in my care were so cool and laid back, calmed my nerves and insured those waiting for me were also informed. 10/10 experience so far with these guys! Payment: was expensive but I expected as much with dental work. $6600 without insurance and 1132 with! Lucky for me im insured. I had several fillings and four wisdom teeth extractions.

Phillip Cubberley Dr. Hilo took care of a very troublesome tooth with multiple surface layer cavities and the procedure was as pain free and quick as possible. Thanks also to her assistant Marvelous as well. Overall I’ve vastly improved my dental care and outlook over the last year with Aspen, with everything from fillings, extractions, and periodontal help. Thanks for all the help from the staff at Dekalb Aspen!

He never made me feel judged about my lacking dental hygiene, he was very informative and kind and caring and tender with the most EXCEPTIONAL bedside manner that I have ever experienced at a dentist before. He kept checking to ask if I was okay, if I could feel anything, how I was doing. He was just absolutely hands down incredible!! My special needs son also saw a different dentist here, unfortunately I dont remember her name, but she was so excellent and kind and caring and worked so well with him, and he is very difficult in these type of appointments. Dekamore has some absolutely excellent dentists and assistants!! Absolutely five stars!! ❣️

Heather and Dr. B were excellent with helping my daughter start her journey with braces. Heather was amazing and walked us through the process and provided us with so much information to help us! They handed out cookies to celebrate Mothers day along with a chance to win an amazing raffle prize. Office staff Hillary made us feel so welcomed and even gave this momma a sticker! I got my braces almost three years ago, and I’m so glad the first place I went to I didn’t have the greatest experience with so I googled one more place and this location came up. From my first appointment they were so kind and helpful in explaining everything my journey would entail. Every appointment was great. Doctor Peter was always the kindest and helpful. My emergency appointments were always taken care of immediately. My journey has ended and I am officially done with braces now but I would highly recommend anyone looking for braces should definitely come here!

John Feken I needed to have a tooth pulled and the staff was wonderful. Dr. Anderson did a nice of explaining the procedure. The procedure was not painful and within about 2 weeks all had healed and very little pain. I highly recommend them.

Kelly Finnigan Amazing, highly recommend. No one wants to have to go to an oral surgeon. With that being said, OMFS staff handled my specific situation with care. Dr. Young was quick and communicated every step of the process as he was preforming it. Sara who was assisting, was beyond amazing. After expressing my fears and high anxiety during the visit, she was positive, relatable and honest. Having professionals who understand the high stress situation the patient is in during the visit made this experience go as well as it could have, given the circumstances.

Lynn Garrison I had to have a tooth extracted and the attention to details was nice to see. I was shown on the x-rays where the problem was and Dr Johnson was very good explaining the steps. After the extraction he also showed me the tooth explaining where there was another issue making it a good idea for the extraction. The only suggestion I have is to have a follow-up call to the patient for a complete experience.

Amanda Richardson We are beyond blessed and pleased with Ortho Experts in Dekalb, IL. The orthodontist is the friendliest most efficient around. All the staff were always welcoming and friendly. My daughter can’t stop smiling with her “new smile” thanks so very much ortho experts! Highly recommend.

Chloe G Super unprofessional front desk. They do not know how to book appointments properly, then will blame you. I’ve had multiple issues now where I had appointments scheduled at a specific time, I show up and they go “we had you down for a different time” when I even called back the day I made the appointment to make sure it was the correct time. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt but it continued to happen. They will also book your appointment for something completely different than what you initially booked for, and then again, make it YOUR problem. I’ve also had issues where they didn’t properly charge my insurance and it was of course the front desks mistake! I absolutely LOVED Dr. Tiffany so it’s really a shame that their front desk staff has completely ruined my experience there. They need to either re train, or rehire all new front desk workers. Unless you want to leave with a headache, go elsewhere.

Kath C Dr. Williams and Kim always provide professional, compassionate, and excellent care. Megan is always friendly and helpful. Kristen is caring while being right on top of everything every step of the way. They listen to concerns and do everything above and beyond to make sure the patient is well cared for.

Jack High I dont even know where to start. They pulled my sons tooth, which I did authorize but I wasnt told that it would be over $600 and insurance wouldnt cover it. I called to move an appointment, and stuff must have really changed from when I was a kid because this place requires 48 hours notice instead of 24. So whatever, I ate the fee and rescheduled. I asked for the earliest date they had a 3:30 available because I live 30 minutes away and I need a specific time in order to make it work. So they put me down for 7:20 PM. Now I try to call and reschedule, making sure Im within the 48 hours and theyre CLOSED on Saturdays (but somehow open til 8pm on my scheduled day) but they also close at 4:30 on Friday and I get off work at 5 so I couldnt have called last night either. What a joke, will eat the second fee and take my business elsewhere.

billsattic Downgraded to three stars because of poor billing. When you say I am paid up in full, mean it. Happened twice! Todd was so very kind to me and my son. He helped me make the best decision for my sons situation and I am truly pleased. What an amazing, down to earth man. This staff was great as well. A+++++++

Best In The Smokers World I was probably five minutes late, give or take, for an appointment. When I get there, I start filling out paperwork and they call me over less than two minutes later to tell me they need to reschedule. I didnt say anything else and walked out. I took the morning off and paid my employee to cover for me for this appointment and it was a complete waste of time. I am sorry I was late and trust me, I hated having an issue in the morning. But its not like it was a half hour. There should be a *little* bit of leeway.

Miscellaneous Muzik Always a pleasant experience, when visiting Dr. Sullivan. Everyone from the hygentist to the dentist herself, do a wonderful job. I found the front desk staff, lead by Shelly, to be very professional and patient oriented. I never, never ever had a problem in rescheduling appointments and because of my job, I reschedule more than normal. Dr. Sullivan and company truly understood all of my treatment options and consistently delivered excellent results!

Paige Sapiro I absolutely adore this office! The entire front desk is so welcoming and helpful, not to mention the amazing dentists and assistants. I came in for a ton of work to be done, so usually I’m a bit nervous, but everyone there made it so easy and comfortable. It’s even very kid friendly! The waiting room has an adorable selection of books and drawing areas. My 4 baby brothers have been seen by him as well, all under the age of 10 and they have never had a bad experience. You can tell Dr Neglia truly cares for each of his patients and takes his time ensuring they receive the best care possible. I can’t recommend this place enough, I promise you won’t regret coming here. :)

anthony carter The absolute worst experience with reception staff ever. They were rude and disrespectful. Never ever ever talk down to your patients! I went in for cleaning. Exrays were done then I was told they cant do any cleaning without prior authorization. My insurance does not require prior authorization. After calling my insurance to verify neither of the people at the front desk was willing to admit it was their office that wanted authorization. Ive never been to a dentist that didnt verify coverage, and payment before I arrived. I will never visit Dekamore Dental again nor will I recommend then to anyone. Ever!

Tony Rivera I made an appointment, was able to get in fairly quickly. I had cracked a tooth. Checked in, did my paperwork , with in 10 minutes I was getting X-rays. Dr Gandhi came in explained what she wanted to do. After a thorough cleaning. She started. The procedure went very well, no pain, and I was very happy with the end result. I do recommend Dekamore Dental.

Josh Hammond Dr. Moran is rude, disrespectful, and has a horrible bedside manner. I will not be back to see him. The previous dentist I was seeing no longer works at this location so they made me an appointment with the first available dentist. Now I see why he was available. I came in to get some teeth extracted as part of the treatment plan we had already established. Dr. Moran refused to extract any teeth because as he put it he "only does simple extractions". Then why am I even here. Nobody else was available that could help me so I have an appointment with another dentist in a couple weeks. Hopefully he is nicer than Dr. Moran.

Dr. Ramona Bosma performed an extensive first check-up and she patiently explained to me her findings and my options. She was very professional and made sure I was comfortable during the process. Jason Crose Fourth procedure I’ve had here. There’s no such thing as pain free dentistry, but they get as close as you can imagine. I personally have never had pain during a procedure. I travel quite a distance because I know the level of service Dr. Junck provides is unmatched. Very straight forward, no fluff professionalism.

Jason Kunath went to dr junck for an okc cyst i had and the day of the surgery they preped me and i was still trying to ask questions like arent you going to take new xrays its been a yr since you took the last one...NOPE..! He didnt explain what to expect from the surgery and left me with a huge hole between my nose and my ear that gets infected all the time and left me UNABLE to have any kind of replacement teeth put..took me off pain meds after 2 weeks but still had mass pain he told me go see my reg dr for relief that i was pill seeking...THEN on top of all that HE SUED ME FOR THE REMAINING MONEY MY INS DIDNT COVER...! put me in finacial distress big time..!! dr (JUNK) you are trash and left me in an unfixable state then sued me..karmas a B...!!

Patricia Conley I went to him for help after a tooth extraction at Dekalb Dental. My tooth had been badly infected prior to the extraction. The prior doctor never gave me antibiotics or anything to treat the infection. I went to Dr junck for help. The infection had moved into my jaw. He seemed good at first until I dared to question the care of his friend (the extraction dentist), he became defensive, belittled me, accused me of withholding information about prior health issues. I HAD told the the prior doctor about radiation treatments but forgot to put it on the form atJunck’s office. My mother had just died. In any case, he didn’t help me. I have necrosis if my jaw with no cure. He didn’t cause it but didn’t help or guide me either. He called me personally and asked that my daughter take down a review she had left. I said I would ask her. I don’t know why I was kind to him. He and his partner abandoned me. Didn’t refer me, nothing. This all was in 2018. My jaw continues to fall apart. I can only eat soft food now and at some point, only liquids.

All About The Doodles I can’t say enough about how nice of an experience I had. Like most, I was so anxious about going to the periodontist. I guess it’s the fear of the unknown. Upon arriving at the office, I was greeted by the nicest two woman that could tell I was nervous. They explained that Doctor Blaha will not let me feel any discomfort. When I brought to the private room, the assistants explained everything. Then the doctor came and took so much time explaining what he is looking at and what course of action he recommends. No reason to look anywhere else, this place is heaven. Thank you so much. ❤️

Brenda Butz I first saw Dr. Patel when I had a dental emergency a few years ago. He was able to squeeze me in, was kind, and even called to check on me. I’ve continued with him ever since and have referred numerous friends and family. If you’re looking for a dentist that is down to earth, fair, and non-judgmental he is the one for you. And, I’m always amazed that he remembers some tidbit I may have mentioned at the last visit. I so appreciate going to a personable home grown dentist rather than a chain that seems to want me to do every procedure under the sun whether it’s needed or not.
