That I have had to contact my ins.co.i was informed that I needed to contact Safelite to make the claim I asked that the ins. take care of this. After several calls and over a week it was finally taken care of!

At first they were fine, but over time, the insurance just renewed & they provided no quote comparisons or assistance. Finally, they were acquired by AJ Gallagher & my agent Ted Miller stopped returning phone calls entirely. My premium has jumped 50% in 8 years, 25% from 2012 to 2013 alone. I have found many more eager & willing agents who have quote much lower prices & taken my business elsewhere.

Billy Rogers (9/17/24) Had this lady for the last 4 years, never missed a payment. First sight of a claim and she folded like a piece of paper. My roof was hail damaged & started leaking into my house. Claim issued was to replace drywall inside but not the roof, $900 for drywall replacement was all but with a $1500 deductible. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, SUSAN VERMETTE & CO. are absolutely worthless to provide any type of insurance. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS AGENT! She talks a good game but when its time to get to business she will leave you stranded.
