Andy Wright I have been a policy owner under Seng Sophanavong and the previous agent, James Norton, who sold the business to Seng. I don’t expect much or need much in terms of overall communication with an agent, but when I send an email and wait 7 days without a response I think that’s bad. Unfortunately, since Seng has taken over this business that’s been typical. He doesn’t return emails. This wasn’t the first time it happened to me. I have to forward the email on to someone else to get an answer. I shouldn’t have to do that. There’s a lot of choice out there. If you want good customer service / response to your needs I suggest you look elsewhere.
