He definitely provided me an excetional rate for my auto and home. Also, the building is very interesting, and located in a historic downtown. I love the location! If Tom is not around, you can trust Dawn, shes been a faithful employee for decades, and is extremely helpful. Also, his wife Rhea works there, and she is very helpful and always a pleasure to see!
