Kim Roberts I just recently bought a new vehicle and sold my old vehicle to my boyfriend. My policy should have been transferred from my old vehicle to my new one. Instead it was transferred to my boyfriend with my old vehicle. Now their telling me that Im past due on my payments and wanting more money that I already paid. Ive been with American Family Insurance for 20 plus years and never had a problem until I was switched to this agency. Ive been told by Rockys Secretary that said payment stays with said vehicle. Never in the years Ive been driving have I ever had an insurance policy stay with a vehicle that Ive sold. So since all of this if been looking for a new insurance company. Do not Recommend this company.

Scott Wilcoxon 1000% AVOID THIS COMPANY For 5 years, I was with this insurance company for our home and multiple autos. Zero claims in that 5 years. Progressive just TRIPLED my homeowners premium overnight. So thats their scam. If you go long enough with this company and earn things like accident forgiveness or deductible forgiveness, they will jack your rates more than double any other companys so you leave.

Lauren Keltner I was in an accident recently, where the other driver ran a red light and hit my car in an intersection. My car was a total loss and I had minor injuries. Luckily, I had Progressive and so did the other driver. I spoke with two agents, Tony and Blake, who were nothing but kind and accommodating. Blake handled my claims in a timely fashion and was super helpful with any questions I had and I was more than fairly compensated for my vehicle and inconveniences. I’m so glad I chose Progressive as my insurance! Bad reviews must be from people scheming for money or not paying for good enough coverage.

Finally had to call home office for review. Never received a return call. Would have given zero stars had that been an option. Looking for new agent.

After the frustration of dealing with other agents and large companies who arent responsive, or helpful, working with the people at Fortner is a breath of fresh air. When you call, an actual person answers the phone and theyre quick to help with whatever I need. Youd think for that level of service I would be paying more, but it turns out theyve actually saved me roughly 20% and now Im getting even better coverage. Wish I wouldve made the move years ago.
