5 /5 Sara Brooks: I was having issues after starting a policy with another insurance company. There was wrong doing somewhere so I decided to reach out to freeway to switch. I got the most pleasant experience from my agent Edie! She brought comfort as well as helped me work it around an already crammed budget timeline. Beyond thankful at a time where compassion was needed. I used freeway years ago and I’m glad I went with my gut. Best decision ever! Thank you Edie seriously there needs to be more like you in customer service!

Tracy is a great example of someone having great customer service skills I’m glad I had the pleasure of speaking with her.
